@korillo212 i dont know. this is DEMO gameplay. there are a lot of FFXIII 2 gameplay or even endings here on youtube. i dont want to spoil myself. so i dont watch them.
@ChubbyBeast69 we may need to collect components to create a new sword for ourselve like the way we create swords in FFXII. thats how i understand it when a merchat(a cute chocobo lady) talks to me.

@ChubbyBeast69 well, in FFXII, you need to kill 2 hardest monster in the game(omega xii and yizmat(50 M HP)) to obtain loots and then you need to do a fishing sidequest which is pretty hard in order to obtain the last loot and then put them all together to receive a sword. basically, you can have a sword finally but there is nothing left to be killed by then. what a waste? took me 5 hrs a killing Yizmat alone. and also, trying to farm other loots which took me 17 hrs to get all.
@TheJRPGgamer cool man, me too, 3 times. I have discover that after you activate that machine to weak Atlas, you open another sidequest on the excavation site or something like that. So the demo it's very good, 3 sidequest, 8 monster to obtain and upgrade to maximum(only until level 2) and the crystarium have almost no limit to upgrade. Every role goes until level 99.
@kanetidus yeah...i did the same thing with that machine. i might try to kill atlas without activating the machine but i am guessing that i need to do grinding a lot before i can kill atlas. i havent done any sideis yet. just accepted the missions but didnt bother searching for the items/monsters. i dont know about the role levels as i only unlocked one new role level and didnt finish maxing it.
@TheJRPGgamer don't try to beat him, without that machine, i have try, not even if you grind a loot of time and in this level, there are not enough strong monsters to get CP. So, i have grinding until level 50 some roles and i have try then to beat him, he kill me in 1 punch/hit.
@kanetidus thanks for the advise. :) how many hours did you spend grinding to reach level 50 or to your MAX role? why di atlas has lost 95% of his HP before the fight? it wasnt about the machine, was it.
@TheJRPGgamer i think 5 hours, but was for nothing. And yes, that machine make him do that. There is also a heavy spoiler here, don't think you want to hear. It's here, but only for the full game.
@TheJRPGgamer NO MAN, i was saying that i have play 5 hours for nothing in the demo.BTW, much later in the game, after you are strong enough, you can fight with him head to head and after beat him you obtain 1 of the 10 endings.
@Chaozslay yeah, it is. just received a pre-order pack but couldnt use a code for Omega monster, sarah and noel`s custumes, etc..... btw, novella story line isnt a game but a book. pissed me off.
do u only have 2 human characters and one pet or can u get another person plus pet
