You shouldn't have mixed pictures of real abuse in with things like dressage accidents. Sometimes horses just fall or trip, they aren't being abused. You're giving people the wrong idea. Rodeos are sad & abusive, and bullfighting should just be outright banned. But a lot of the pictures were just unfortunate accidents.

if I should buy a horse I'll buy one that is in a terrible state. because horses that are good have a good home. and every horse deserves a good home. and a horse who is afraid has a trauma or something, where you can get them a fucking good band. and I find it so sad what people do. if the animals are without feeling.

I'm so angry with the people who abuse horses. I adopted a rescue mare who used to live at a riding stable and she was neglected and beaten and she's terrified of bridles, saddles, and whips. I'm currently rehabilitating her. She's a gorgeous Paint mare... I love her so much and when I see her I almost cry because she's neevr been able to trust anyone and she's stubborn and pretends she doesn't miss me, but she really does when I'm not there. Always rescue horses... I love her so much!!!!

i hate animal abuse i loved my old horse so much but when i was away i got this loaner and i came back early and she had a plastic bag over my horses head with wire and a bat beating him up, guess wat i did i beat her up and she went to jail i almost had a fit when i saw and when i beat her up kinda funny coz she almost died which is a GOOD thing. coz apparently she use to do that to all the other horses.

I can't speak for the Spanish or the Mexicans; I've been opposed to bull fighting my entire life. I saw an actual bullfight in Mexico once, and had to leave because what I saw sickened me. I own a beautiful Quarter Horse, and my friends all own horses as well. Ironically, rodeo broncos and bulls are some of the best cared for animals in America -- they make their owners a lot of money, and they are required to do very little, which is heaven for an animal.

I don't understand some of these pictures, because in half of them the horses look fine to me. There were definitely some ones that were horribly sad, though. I think of my beautiful horses and am so angry at the people that abuse these beautiful and praise-worthy animals!

because in New York and other cities that have horses pulling wagons are treated poorly. They work in the cold/ hot polluted city all day, rarley get water, and are stuffed into a little warehouse for their barn.
