PMS in the US means premenstrual syndrome, a range of symptoms (fatique, headaches,depression, etc) experienced by some women 2 - 14 days before getting their monthly menstruation that can make them irritable. It often has a negative connotation when the term "PMS" is used because it attributes the person's mood swing as the reason why their actions are irrational and crazy.

Kelly used it to showcase how bizzare Lola was acting. LOL!
