it's nothing wrong about that, i think it's not about what he eats, it's about how many times he eats!! it's about portions, he can eats whatever he wants, but working out at the same time, will never make him losing his muscle or gaining weight

It won't help you, but from my point of view and experience it wouldn't harm you that much. Then again : it's my goal to be buff, but not to be a professional bodybuilder.

If i was to only build muscle and only, i would of been far now. However, i have a degree to work on and an evening job where i run five hours a day nonstop. I have no money to spend on food, and I am still looking better, leaner then this kid.
You have a good start. Lean red meats, green olive oil, skinless chicken, for a start, are superb modalities to get stronge, healthy muscle. Leave out the saturerated fats, for they will only accumulate in your circulatory system give issue later.

She tells me to eat EVERYTHING. and yes. including pizza and mcdonalds. pizza has the carbs and yes mcdonalds is fattening but if you go work out. all those calories in that double cheese burger will help for muscle. You eat what? Even *amateur body builders should not eat that way. Whole grain wheat bread is ok to eat, but mcdonalds? Sure when you're 19, you can eat what you want and not gain much weight, but if you changed your diet...you would have much greater results.
he is right about a few things.. for body building or extreame exercise in general your body needs a lot of energies... especially from complex carbs like cereals, oats and breads. McDonalds should not be a regular part of your diet though.. loaded with tons of saturated fats that are not good for you. good video

It depends on your body type. If you a hard gainer/ skinny (ectomorph) then 'cheat' foods can be used if that person can not gain weight easily. This is usually because they can not physically eat enough healthy foods to gain the desired weight. MOST people would want to try to eat as 'clean' as possible to keep gains from being sloppy

Other then everything you mentioned, the part about the food was incorrect. I watched a lot of Bodybuilder videos including Arnolds, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Lee Hayman etc. And they all said you have to eat the right food. You can't just go around eating McDonald's. Are you nut's?
It's all about what works for you'r body type. Do your self a favor and NEVER go by the pro videos. That doesnt apply to ameatures, especially natural competators. some people can get away with eating most things providing they mix it up with the good foods they eat, dorian yates used to eat pretty much what he wanted in off season, tripple h gained mass this way to, all this skinless chicken, baked potato, pasta stuff is really for a bodybuilder who is cutting for a show.
I agree its more crucial during cutting phases but even still the top guys don't eat terrible during there off-season either they keep it somewhat clean. Alot of guys eat the same foods year round (cutler) they just increase carbs during bulking phases and decrease them during cutting.
you would be suprised at what some of them ate during off season compared to what the media has you belive, but yes they still have to make sure their getting their nutrition in the process

@carpee923 It's possible to eat that shit and still look like that. Like he said, it's about how much of it you eat, and what you do thereafter. Though I do not condone that as a means of putting on muscle or getting fit. However it is possible to do so, so don't say that it isn't.

This guy is cut and lean, I'll give him that, but honestly he lacks the muscle mass and overall physique of a BB of any kind, but pizza and burgers is an absolute forbidden food if you ask any bodybuilder or fitness model, we get our carbs, sodium, and sat. fat, monoun. fat, and poly fat from foods that aren't garbage for your body, definitely not fast food. Pizza and Burgers is only looked at as weekly or monthly cheat meals.

There are people who eat a lot and stay skinny (they are often very nervous people who burn a lot of energy they are called ectomorphs) others eat just a quarter of what the normal people eat and get fat (endomorphs). It depends on your body type. If you a hard gainer/ skinny (ectomorph) then 'cheat' foods can be used if that person can not gain weight easily. This is usually because they can not physically eat enough healthy foods to gain the desired weight. MOST people would want to try to eat as 'clean' as possible to keep gains from being sloppy

When I ate MCD's at 19 it didnt stick to me at all..remember, with age, your body slows down in all ways. Starting at 30!! (from what I read)

lol no YOU are ignorant iasms... and it does matter WHAT u eat, and WHEN u eat it... not just ur total calories per day... ie,, it makes a big diff if you consume 80% of ur calories at night time rather than throughout the day.... also research the glycemic index... insulin plays a HUGE role, trust me.. its alot more scientifical than simply addin up ur calories per day... and HYdro sonic is right, hes 19... he has a very high metabolism, he can get away with eatin junk every day, not at 40 tho

Its not the food? As I get older and keep the fat on easier, I can definitely tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt its definitely the food for some people. That's great that you're only 19 and don't have much of a problem with fat, I didn't either.

some people can get away with eating most things providing they mix it up with the good foods they eat, dorian yates used to eat pretty much what he wanted in off season, tripple h gained mass this way to, all this skinless chicken, baked potato, pasta stuff is really for a bodybuilder who is cutting for a show.

I agree its more crucial during cutting phases but even still the top guys don't eat terrible during there off-season either they keep it somewhat clean. Alot of guys eat the same foods year round (cutler) they just increase carbs during bulking phases and decrease them during cutting.
