Yeah, you have to strike the keys right where they meet with only a single finger, which demands insane precision.

She seems to cross hands though, which is more powerful than what's actually written. No one can play the original notes and still make a ff sound.

It's really hard to tell. I suspect she's using two fingers. Whatever, she is currently the greatest player of this concerto. Wouldn't you think so?
