Hi Craig, I hope it is just a little insecurity that is saying " I don't intend to make it anywhere with my songs". You are very talented and I can see that other You Tubers are enjoying your music - perhaps you write these songs because Craig Anstey wouldn't be Craig Anstey if he didn't write these songs - I guess only time will tell, but I for one hope that you continue on this inexplicable journey of musical creativity - because I really do think you have a gift to share with others.

Hi Craig, if you take a look at my channel, I have just added a vid of Elton John singing "Your Song". The hook in this song is the words " I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind". When the lyrics were written, the words "I hope you don't mind" appeared only once, and Elton repeated the words twice and this cemented the hook for this song. Try to get a hook for all of your melodies - you are so close, so keep working at it.
