  • I want to play now. Are you composing the rest of the game's soundtrack?

  • Awesome composition. Keep at it.

  • Wow... Aivi Tran is a prodigy; in composing AND in playing...!

  • Oooh! Was this influenced in anyway by Gusty Garden? The name as well as the instrumentation - guitar and orchestra have uncanny similarities. The composition itself is very original and has some lovely harmonies ^_^. Fantastic work

  • Good music, my dear Aivi. Nice to see your own works here. ^^

  • Great piece!

  • What platform is this game for? I would like to buy it. Please respond.

  • @Bubbajjsammer5 it isnt finished yet, the development site is in the description

  • @Bubbajjsammer5 btw it is gonna be on mobile phone's and pc

  • @superjorrja awww. i wanted it on wii or xbox 360!!!!! (i need more games for my 360).

  • I am fascinated by composers with talent to create songs like this, dont get how they do it :P

  • Airship theme!

  • You have made me fall in love with you, through your music! It's not envy of your skill, nor awe, no it is love of your ability to convert beauty into music! You can nearly bring me to tears with the power of your pieces, in a manor unlike any other. I wish there was some way to convey my love for your music. But instead, all I can do is make one request: never stop making music. Continue to bless the world with your beautiful gift. Because you have something most people would kill for.

  • @ChuCannon This is such a beautiful comment! Thank you so much for your kind words!

  • I love this percussive beat that's going! Really drives the light flourishes forward. Masterful :D

  • This sounds so much like the Dragon Roost song - Zelda

  • Amazing :D

sounds like a game I'd like to purchase ^_^

Is the guitarist is the same dude from the Dragon Roost cover?

  • This is so beautiful! I'm such a geek for videogame music its unreal :P

  • The very begining gives me a Kingdom Hearts vibe. Then I get some Windwaker mixed with the City Trial song from Kirby Airide. So pretty<3

  • oh, wouaw ! Good job ! This is amazinng !

  • Can I die? This is so wonderful ;___;

  • OMG!!! This is brilliant and exactly the kind of music I love in practically anything!

Its great to see that your goal to become a composer for games is slowly making its way to life.

Amazing start and I'm going to look forward to more :D

  • Beautiful composition... the juxtaposition of the rhythmic guitar strums with airy arpeggios and melodies on piano and harp really gives the sensation of being in a sky world. It reminds me of some of the compositions for the Mario 64 and Galaxy games, which is a great thing. Breeze looks like a terrific, ambitious project.

  • This piece deserves more love. It's very amazing :]

  • I found myself playing Magicka with the music muted and this in the background. It was a perfect fit! You are extremely talented and an inspiration to other musicians. :)

  • sounds like it should be in the new zelda skyward sword if you ask me

  • A beautiful piece, really. You've managed to capture that 'video game feel,' if that makes any sense, and used the guitar, strings, and piano tastefully and effectively. It provides a sense of adventure that evokes memories of the Gusty Garden Galaxy and Dragon Roost Island, which is, of course, largely backed up by the guitar. I can totally imaging flying through the clouds as a li'l Corgi dude on an epic quest while listening to this. =D I'm quite curious for the final game.

    Subscribed.

  • the next Hans Zimmer is well and truly on the way, your composed pieces are all unique!!!

  • Wow you song its very amazing... i Sub... kepp making :D

  • reminds me of castlevania. HEY! you should do some castlevania stuff! noone but you could pull it off!

  • awesome. nicely done.

  • I am so in love right now... well done, miss Tran. Well done.

  • Whoa, this sounds like a seriously awesome classic SNES RPG song.

  • Great music composition especially that you chose guitar and piano with a string sound compliments the wind theme a lot, love it.

  • Check out Breeze in the Clouds on IndieGoGo and see if you can help out :D

  • Anyone else seeing the next Koji Kondo?

  • I also thought about Zelda. But then, the piano is something you mostly here there. Still, the Gerudo feeling won't leave me. Good work in general Aivi!

  • Oh my gosh. This is heavenly!

IT DIDN'T APPEAR IN MY SUB BOX!!!

  • Phenomenal! That's it. There's no more to say. :)

  • nice arrangement >w<

  • what programs did you use to make this? :) and how did you play the guitar? was someone actually playing the guitar?

  • @DestinyQx I used Cubase, and yes, my roommate played the guitar (and I played piano, of course)!

  • also i looked at the website for this game and want to know what you volunteered for......was it sound effects?

  • @marzgirl99 She kinda joined on before I made the post. She took the invisible 'musician' job. :D

  • @srbharris when i checked on the website i was really depressed when i saw the musician job was taken.

  • @marzgirl99 Check your messages :D

  • sounds like zelda music! well done!

  • Sounds like Kirby Airide mix with Zelda

  • This could had been in Mario Galaxy, and that's saying alot, aint it :)

  • Hm, I get a Super Mario Galaxy kind of vibe from this... but at the same time Dragon Roost Island - mind you, that's probably just the guitar xD I love this piece of music, keep it up! ^^

  • Dear Aivi Tran,

I love corgis and I love you. Can we get married and have a corgi pet :)?

  • amazing not much is needed

  • sounds like a mix from zelda gerudo valley and something from lufia and the beginning valkyrie profile

  • idk bout the actual game, im gonna get it for the music ^^

  • Follow my progress on this Game on my blog and on my Twitter: /#!/ProjectBreeze

  • OMG!!!!! I remember when SrBilyon let me hear this song when it was under development and it is definitely awesome!!! Aivi, I can't wait when finish up Paradise for Breeze in the Clouds because that was my favorite!!!!! ~Lovepeace~

  • It's very professional, i'd definitely hear that in a Nintendo game, I can hear some Koji Kondo influence, it's very soothing. The game looks interesting too, the corgi is cute!

  • Wonderful as always.

  • I found the goddess of composition !

  • I actually really love this piece :) It reminds me greatly of old zelda theme tunes and also elements of some Final fantasy V and VI in there (Though that's probably just me)

I really do hope you continue to compose VG game music cause you have are simple amazing at it! :D You seem to have the same sense of fun and emotion in your music like resemble Nobuo Uematsu, Koji Kondo and Shoji Meguro :D I hope you'll get a chance to compose more awesome music for people to hear in the future. :)

  • Where is the download link? >:|

  • @danielkin09 You're funny :D

No download link as of yet

  • @danielkin09 You're funny :D

No download link as of yet

  • it should be illegal to have a dislike button on any of Aivi's videos/songs

  • Game gonna be for what? :3

  • Bella, bella. :3

  • Oh my God absolutely stunning and magnificent it made my ears very, very happy! A brilliant masterpiece Aivi! ^__^

  • For someone who makes so many VG covers, I find it slightly ironic that you find yourself writing a song for a game. :)

  • @Calvezthemexicanjedi I've been thinking about that, too... in person, I'm known among friends and professors as being a composer, yet on the internet, I'm known as a performer :)

  • @waltzforluma On the Internet, I know you as just plain amazing. XD You play well, the stuff you write is awesome, and your arrangements are pretty.

  • @waltzforluma I wouldn't say you're known simply as a performer on here. Even with your performances of existing music, your creative arrangements make it pretty clear you're a gifted composer.

  • reminds me of Xenoblade Chronicles, or that part in any RPG where you're roaming in a vast plain.

  • brilliant i like how you keep posting videos more often

  • Screw the "Like" button... where's the "Love" button?

  • Breeze in the Clouds ?

    Can we try it ?

    It gives me strength xD

  • This sounds so good! You should definitely continue making music for games! :D

  • The game description almost sounds as amazing as this piece of music. Consider me intrigued. I will check this game out!

  • Ahhh I love this! You should totally be a game music composer!

  • Nice ;)

  • Now this is something special. The vibes I'm getting from this song are mostly from Unova Route 10 from Pokémon Black/White. I feel like getting out my copy of White and just going through some of the longer routes with this playing through my headphones.

    As always, brilliant. ^_^

  • @tomatzu From SrBilyon and me: very nice catch!

  • Brilliant, as always. (:

  • this track is sweet! i foresee many days of repeat on this here. :)

  • There's obviously some inspiration from Zelda, more specifically Wind Waker, but that could just be me. The song in itself is actually pretty amazing.

  • Absolutely incredible as always, I know I'm in for a treat each time I see you've uploaded a new video, thanks for your great work

  • is their going to be an OST soon? i would totally buy it

  • Oh man, I wouldn't be able to play the game because I would have to sit there and just listen to the back ground music for like hours :3

  • awesome! such talent, i can imagine myself a level full with clouds and a small being running and jumping through them

  • can i download this somewhere??? and i want to play the game!!

  • Wonderful to see you finally getting into writing original music -for- original games! This is quite nice - TBH it reminds me of much of the Super Smash Bros Brawl OST. Not a bad thing by any means! =D

  • this piece is so much fun! my heart skipped a beat at :08 when the guitar kicked in. it really does sound open and... breezy, for lack of a better word =P

  • Is it just me, or is the guitar strumming a bit louder than other instruments (even the melody ones)? Though a bit farfetched, could the upload to YouTube have affected certain frequency ranges?

Great piece, though. I really like your musical taste.

  • takes me back to the times when RPG's had awesome music

  • Awesome! Did you just do one track or multiple? (Obviously, the adoring public wants more if the answer is multiple :D )

  • This is amazing, reminds me of Xenoblade Chronicles!

  • This is excellent. The concept for the game sounds amazing as well :)

  • @Kiamet I'm going to be putting up a blog soon for this games and a few other things.

  • Download link...? please?

  • wow this is amazing!

maaan, i want to get into sampling and composing with all this stuff, what program do you use? :)

  • @Zorsy Thanks, Zorsy - it's an honor :)

I use Cubase... Most of the samples are just HALion defaults that came with it, and the piano and guitar are live!

  • Fantastic!

  • Amazing!!!

  • this is great it has a dragon roost island/mario galaxy (idunno why) feel

  • @SuperStarSaga64 I can agree here. The guitar gives it that Dragon Roost feel. While the piano really helps it bring a finished "Happy/Triumphant" feel similar to SMG

  • :D love how the piano part is like the gentle leaves just being tossed around by the roughness of the guitar, yet the entire arrangement sounds both strong and beatiful especially with the string orchestra letting the melody echo out

  • You did such a great job on this, Thanks!

  • Stunning, as usual.

  • CORGIS!!!

  • are you the one playing the other instruments also?
