Technically it's not bullshit. Half of them are concept cars (which could be made, and might just be a "on paper" conception), the other half are prototypes, meaning that they made one...ONE and it is either still in development or they decided to go in a different direction.

I hate concept cars the same way I hate supermodels. They're beautiful and you would SO like to have one, but you never will.
