  • "I like to picture my Jesus with Angel wings" and i'm in the front row hammered rocking out to the river.

  • He sounded skinnier to me. But its all good.

  • The voice is amazing.. RESPECT....

Will you play in Germany/Austria at some point??

  • If I had a dick it'd be hard right now.

  • this is some shit hipster shit like, shit

  • @fireabreather831 Calm down man, he's complimenting them. You act like you are best friends with the band and know their every wish. Let the guy give a compliment without bitching, I'm sure the "meeting jesus" wasn't meant to be taken literally and just saying that isn't grounds to be called a stalker.

  • JESUS CHRIST!!!

  • The emotion in his voice fucking kills me everytime. <3

  • this is so fucking sick

  • 2:22 ... got caught off guard by the awesomeness

  • What I would give to play in this song with them.

  • I thought sex wasn't allowed on here!

  • 3:47 Holy Shit!

  • Best performance I've ever seen,

This is what forced me to buy tickets to their next show

  • Hearing the chorus bash back is always my favorite part. I get chills.

  • Incredible.

  • To whomever disliked this video:

    Fuck you.

    Yours sincerely.

  • "Oh my God i'm Sorry! I was wrong again! Take me to the river and let me see again...." So beautiful.

  • I cried

  • blink and my chem should be opening up for them not the other way around..

  • Kid cudi wears the hat andy hull is wearing.

  • amazing song

  • Can't wait to see em with blink 182 and My Chemical Romance!!!!!!!!

  • Theses guys are so amazing live! I can't wait to see them with blink.

  • this is as close as i come to god

  • Do you know that there is a ghost of a black dude watching you in this video?

    a ggghhhhhoooooooooosssstttt!!!!!

  • this is fuck amazing

  • he hits the drums soo fucking hard!!!

  • i think you talk to me best when you sing too

  • is that 2 pac in the window at 3:47?

  • @harvusdei13 looks more like eddy murphy

  • I can't stop listening to/singing this. Hope one day they write one more verse. ... It is finished.

  • Playing support for blink this summer...cant wait to see them!

  • I think this is better than the original.

  • You know a band is creating something passionate and emotional when they have 2 drummers! incredible!

  • Beaut' of a video, and a beaut' of a group.

  • I can never figure out whether they're religious or not. Most of the time it sounds like he's questioning/battling it because he always jumps back and forth between positive and negative lyrics. Without being too much of a analytical wanker haha there are lyrics on the new album which sounds like his father was a pastor and was brought up religiously but is questioning it constantly? Says something along the lines of "Father, I plead in waves so i don't need you like i used to".

  • @TaylorKingMusic He is "religious" and his father was a pastor but that line from Pale Black Eye (from my understanding) is about how he turns less to God for whatever reason it may be. I don't think he is questioning his faith as much as he is questioning himself and if he really believes what he says he believes.

  • Barimaphone, i love you.....

  • creeper in the window at 3:47

  • @bdj0775 haha :D

  • There's a big difference between music influenced by Christian ideals, upbringing or morals/ethics as well as imagery and being a Christian band. Manchester Orchestra is one of those that uses those to their advantage. Why not? Im Jewish and I love it Christian bands are bands that are driven by the Christian Community and also seek to promote those ideals when given. Thats what I dont like. It should be subtle like Sufjan Stevens or Iron and Wine. Both use the imagery without proselytizing.

  • @Lotrfan99

"Feeling increasingly alienated at his "small-town-Georgia, Christian high school" named Providence Christian Academy, in suburban Atlanta, the band's lead singer Andy Hull became so frustrated that he spent his senior year studying at home."

Yeah, I don't know how much good that Christian Upbringing. Maybe the good came from the very bad?

  • @SpartanM621 Whether bad or good, it works for me. He did stop a concert in Boston I was at when these kids were moshing and he was like "Guys, fucking seriously? I'm singing about God and stuff." Was marvelous. Hes probably a troubled man with regards to faith.

  • @Lotrfan99

I actually remember seeing that video too; do you the link to it?

  • my god, this set is just so good. Never thought i would say this, but thank you myspace!!

  • are they religous?

  • @JessiMarie8D a LOT belive me almost all of theri songs are, but still they are great!

  • @rockerMan0987 oh yes they are amazing!

  • @rockerMan0987 oh yes they are amazing! ive love there music but sometimes it sames they hate him and then they love him again. haha, its confusing

  • @JessiMarie8D

Yes and no. Lyrics often have to do with searching, questioning, understanding religion. I wouldn't say they are "a Christian band" by ANY means, though.

  • @JessiMarie8D Yes, a lot of there songs seem to mention god.

  • Chris Freeman is such a talented man.

This band is just filled with talent!

  • Am I seeing things or are there two drummers?

  • @noahDnewport hell yes there is. that guy is the second drummer and the keyboard player.

  • what kind of crash cymbal does he have?

  • So incredibly great live. It's just so massive and noisy, but just the perfect amount of underlying melody. Genius. I haven't heard much of the new drummer, but damn it, I will miss Jeremiah

  • @7lemonsandwiggium saw the new drummer play with them live. He adds great dynamics.

  • Cage The Elephant + Manchester Orchestra + Tour = WOOP WOOP!!!

  • whooaa!!! double drums all the way!! what does it mean??

  • 2:21 is for sure the most epic thing ever.

  • Oh my god, I can see again....

  • I want to sing/scream like Andy Hull.

  • They have finally come to England :D seeing them in Manchester in April, haven't been this excited for a long time :)

  • some idiot missed the like button. Or he doesn't know good music even if it slapped him right in the face after getting breakfast from his mom in the morning!

  • Wow!!

  • best fucking song ever

  • The most AMAZING song live. it's like meeting jesus personally.

  • Just amazing

  • 2:21 is probably the most epic moment on youtube

  • "i think i talk to you best when i sing"

  • holy shit! this is amazing! first time seeing this. the second drummer really adds alot to the huge sound and his background vocals are really really good!

  • this song is fucking brilliant.

  • Hahaha. it sounds like he's saying "me and my brothers, we have tongs sharp as knives" idk. i find that funny.

  • simply perfect in every single damn way. every band should be like this. their energy is so fuckin awesome.

  • Why do they have two drum sets? They aren't really doing anything different when playing together.

  • @88fuzz They are just fattening up the sound, its a wall of drums.

  • @88fuzz its just something different and cool, and you saw them in concert you would know

  • what a transition at 3:51 and 4:58 ... excellent. This is the future of what music is, if it doesnt hit ur emotions its not real music. Truly amazing band.

  • anybody in love with this guy? hmmm? Hmm?

  • This is a great song! I am really surprised it wasn't more popular. I think this is the best live performance I have ever seen. These guys kicked ass on this one!!

  • k i swear theres a second part to this song on the album. but i cant find the lyrics for it anywhere.. not even in the cover.

  • the second part of this track on the album is a bonus song, you won't find the lyrics anywhere.

  • You will find the lyrics to the second part of the song if you buy the cd... its in the slot that holds the booklet with the lyrics to the other songs. ( you will have to look inside the slot)

  • Buy the cd.

    Lyrics are in there.

  • Totally incorrect dude

  • am i wrong in saying they remind somewhat of cursive? both incredible bands

  • Cursive's definitely a lot more funky and dissonant, but I can see the resemblance a little bit.

  • mind blowing.. for sure.. love these guys..

  • its strange for a bands second album to kick the shit out of their first one, dont get me wrong, their first album blew my mind.
