  • I feel many people dislike America because they feel we act like the second coming of the british empire.

  • well america and americans are good i love america and americans i am from new york and jareks lucky because he says that people dont judge him in new york the so called empire state in the area i live in people judge you hardcore and all americans are being judged are there things wrong with some americans yes are there somethings wrong with america yes but like jarek just said you cant put them all into the same bandwagon

  • i agree with u with the liber republic thing. it really depends on sittuation

  • 7:43 That's really not that bad, down here in Romania If you got long hair and beard people point at you and mock you out loud whenever they see you walking down the street. A friend of mine couldn't graduate college because he had long hair and that's not "decent outfit" they said. Formerly communist country what can you expect?

  • Nice shirt!

  • The reason everyone hates Americans is because of their culture. In American culture, it is a wonderful thing to scream 'god save america, we're number one, we're the best country in the world!'. Most other countries find this ridiculous. Also, America is an incredibly religious country, and the death penalty still exists. Essentially, America is a young country, only 200 years old, and has yet to emerge from social puberty.

  • @TheAntiTrollMachine HAHAHA! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? You have OBVIOUSLY NEVER been to america. You run around with the texas america's the best attitude and people will scoff at you here. America is NOT a religious country. It's a diverse country where any one can practice their own religion and show their own culture, and WHAT IN THE WORLD does the death penalty have to do with religion! Oh, FYI, the death penalty isn't legal in all states. Don't speak about a place you have no knowledge of

  • @RedDragonAirsoft Jarek, you appear to have very limited knowledge on politics and religion. Look at the statistics. America is an incredibly religious country. 10% of Americans are creationists. 80% are Christian. The athiest population is something along the lines of 7%. Compare that with let's say, France, which has a Christian population of 60% and an athiest population of 20%.

It's merely an observation. I am not trying to insult the USA, just to clarify.

  • @TheAntiTrollMachine Very old statistics, The christian population hasn't been in the 80%+ area in nearly 30 years, The last record of the statistic is 2008, And Christianity had dropped to below 60%. Yes thats still a majority, But that doesn't mean country is automatically christian.

  • @TheAntiTrollMachine *FACEPALM* First off, christianity is NOT CLOSE to 80%. I have no idea where you got your statistics but they are way wrong. Especially up here in the NW where being christian is almost taboo. Almost, key word.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft Of course, it varies from state to state. It is fair to say, however, the America on a whole is a very religious country. According to a recent 2010 survey, specifically 83% of Americans identify themselves as thiests. 76% of those questioned identified themselves as Christians. I didn't make up those statistics, I am merely commenting on them. The further north you go, the less religious it gets, statistically.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft I'm from Texas and I scoff at the whole "America's the Best" attitude as well. But most Texans aren't really like that, but you do have that stereotype here and there over here. Depends where you go of course, like here in Port Arthur, lots of hood and oil companies where people have the ole "America is not the best, but I guess its better than living in Somalia" attitude. Go places like San Antonio, yeah, big ego's there.

  • @TheAntiTrollMachine The "we're the best" attitude is in every country.

The death penalty still exists in lots of countries and whats wrong with it? A life for a life.

And america is an extremely diverse country with diverse people, You clearly know nothing about America.

  • @Arsenalw80 No, that's where you are utterly wrong. You have obviously never visited another country (I do not blame you- the reason Americans TEND to have limited knowledge of other countries is due to the hugeness of the country and the distance from other continents). America is number 1 in the world for being patriotic and nationally proud. That's fine, but it also means a lot of 'god bless america, we're the best in the world', which is alien to most other western nations.

  • @TheAntiTrollMachine Wrong again, I've visited over 15 different countries.

And you completely missed my point, Patriotic and nationally proud DOES NOT EQUAL saying "my country is best", That comment there shows your ignorance.

  • I think a good example of how the world hates us, is how the American people saw the troops in Vietnam during the war. It wasn't the troops fault, they were just doing what they were told.

  • I would definitely agree on the Vancouver area being a lot like Oregon, sometimes when I come down I forget Ive actually crossed the border :P

    -OZ

  • @FanceyLetters Only thing separating us is a line on a map.

  • @reddragonairsoft dude i'm so with you there, i'm british right ? soo the streio type is we have bad teeth and just want tea and crumpits hahaha wtf in britan i know 1 person with bad teeth and i know a good 200 people atleast and the whole posh thing dosn't exist at all but the cockny thing dosn't exist either its so rare to come across it sucks that people thinkthat of us tho haha

  • I hate Obama, so I'm not disagreeing with that. However, you say that hasn't figured out that a leader must do the things that are right rather than things just to make people happy. This is true, but there isn't anything that Obama can do about it even if he wasn't a dumbass. Congress is the one in control; Obama is just a "spokesperson" for America. He doesn't make laws or anything. It's all the Democratic Congress. Fortunately, they're beginning to lose their power to the republicans

  • I hear only 5% of Americans have passports, lol.

  • @haz0rTV Not sure how true that is, but it does make sense. Leaving your section of the country is like going to a whole new country. I've been to england and london was more like my home town than any where else in the country. I personally would rather like to see the rest of the country before seeing the rest of the world.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft

tbh I was indeed trolling out of boredom, but I'm glad to see a mature response, dude. Multiculturally; the amount of immigrants starting new lives in the US, bringing their values and traditions, sets it on par with Europe to a certain extent, only more unified. The media is a very dominant thing; many countries obviously incorporate "American culture" (though not specifically) into their own, in one way or another, which is where the stereotyping (and hatred) spawns from.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft You see, that's my point. It takes Americans a very long time just to visit other states because of the hugeness of the country. They are seperated from the other continents by a long way. So essentially they are isolated, which resulted in protectionism economics in the early 20th century and (without disrespect) poor geography knowledge (being general)

  • @TheAntiTrollMachine That happens in all countries, Stop being an ignorant idiot dude, Not everyone can afford to parade around the world. Once again, Showing your extreme ignorance.

  • I'm from Texas, love God, support the military, not a fan of the government, have a few guns, and love metal.

  • What i hate is that you seem to be so intelligent in certain videos, however you blocked me on a different account for expressing my opinion. Whats troubling you?

  • @OnMyLastLife Nothing? I just don't deal with trollish comments on youtube. Half the reason I have a forum and disable comments on my main account

  • Nice video, very true.

Nice shirt too, I want it.

  • 100% AGREE WITH YOU :)

  • Portland sounds like Annapolis, MD

  • I do love guns, I do love the military, and I do sometimes have to urge to light something on fire. It's my opinion.

    Ronald Reagan FTW

  • AMERICA! FUCK YEAH!

  • well i still think your similar

  • lol. jeremy clarkson comes to mind.

  • Do you watch Glenn Beck because you kind of resent him.

  • @socalairsoftr I hate glen beck

  • oh and i do love guns

  • i love to go hunting,i love to shoot random shit but i did and do hate bush.

  • that t-shirt is so awesome

  • I <3 Megadeth.

  • you really do love your state don't you Jarek xD wish i could have more friends like you who stick up for there country... and you know there is a hidden insult there somewhere

  • one time i wore a Pantera shirt to a fair an two guys came by like. "wooh Pantera!!!" "wooh!" "yeah!" "Pantera!!!"

  • you were saying people native (everyone there) to idaho stereotype you so your argument is invalid

  • i live in idaho, about half an hour away from silverwood, i go there all the time, and i cant stand rednecks, im a metalhead thru and thru, i admit there are a lot of rednecks here but, yeah.. my dads side of the family lives in portland, im moving there as soon as i turn 18, i visit there a lot, i absolutely love it.. p.s. megadeth fucking rules, i saw the 20th ann. show in spokane..

  • i love Americans but i hate the American goverment (and i am from norway)

  • @thekiller0673 Yea, that's how most americans see it too.

  • @thekiller0673 dont worry we hate u to!

  • @MODERNWARFARE2FLOOP so you like the US government ???(wired face)

  • I neither Love or Hate America.........I just live here

  • I actually though I would leave a comment, since I really got something out of this video.

It was really a good thing that you made a video like this (or that's at least my opinion), since I've actually been thinking about "americans" in a certain way. Shame on me, really.

The worst threat to everything is (this is just my own opinion, though) dumb people. They're defined by a abnormally low rate of analytic thinking.

    /FikonSpik

  • Your rant videos are freakin awesome!

  • I agree, although, I don't hate Americans as a whole I've had quite a few bad experiences with them.

  • I gotta that USA for thrash metal.

  • @0intelligence0 yeah, there's some good thrash metal bands in portland

  • @treetarded Dude, the big 4 are all from USA. British thrash scene didn't quite gain US's level. Also, Germany had a great thrash scene

  • @0intelligence0 What in the world are you talking about? He said nothing about the UK. He was talking about Portland, Oregon. You know? The only real city with the name portland?

  • @RedDragonAirsoft I was saying US had the best thrash scene, and he replied "yeah, portland has some good thrash bands". I said it's not only portland who had good thrash bands (I prefer bay area thrash most)

  • @0intelligence0 Yea, but you mentioned british bands. Portland's in the nw USA. Other side of the world

  • @RedDragonAirsoft Yes, I was commenting US thrash scene as the best one, comparing it to UK and German scenes o.O

  • @0intelligence0 ah, I just thought you assumed he meant Portland somewhere in the UK. There's like, a million portlands in the world. Just the one here is the only one that means any thing being the only real city and all.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft yeah, quite a misunderstanding, buddy :)

  • Portland Oregon Soungs Great When I Visit America For The First Time Im Defintely Coming To Portland Oregon And If I Get Accepted For Been Weird Well Thats Heaven For Me Cause I Can Be Weird Lmao Thanks Jarek

  • when you were talking about the time you were in idaho with people avoiding you because of the way you look. thats exactly like me, i live in new york i have my whole life. 2 years ago i got into metal and started playing drums, grew my hair out and wear band shirts just about everyday. if im walking around people will just stare at me and be like wow hes so weird dont go near him!!! its like i cant be like i am because people dont accept that. i have alot of friends but its just so wierd -_-

  • @chrisx8x23x95 Ditto friend.

  • portland sounds exactly like my city. (burlington NC)

  • you know.. most people only hate Americans because they make fun of every other race

  • @unclesoflaugh Hahaha, what in the world are you talking about? The USA is every race you can find. American is an ethnicity, not a race unless you're talking about native americans.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft is that what they told u? ok.. whatever floats your boat

  • @unclesoflaugh What they told me? Ok, explain to me what race americans are.

  • I do not know what to really even say. that is really crazy. When it comes to clothing. I canno agree more. My father, and his fiancee's friend are completly wierded out by me liking the fact of wearing tripps, or just wearing black all the time. Its what I want to wear and it gets on my f'ing nerves. I mean, I like to wear black and it makes me laugh when others try to get me to wear other clothes.

  • i would love to visit Portland it seems like nice place to live except sense i live on Long Island Ny i have a funny accent and pronounce Oregon how its written.

  • @WilliamBroichYAY What you mean like Or E gone? God say that here and You'll be stabbed. Drives us crazy.

  • I WANNA MOVE 2 PORTLAND

  • i have that shirt too :)

  • You know, it's the same for everyone on the planet, not just american people. You're always hated by someone on the planet, just because you was born in a country. I'm french, then I'm hated by some american people, a lot of north african people, some british people... And it's a lot worse in some country. I've been to Latvia (eastern Europe). Here, there is a strong Russian community, who basicaly consider that Latvia people are animals.

  • i love America. They have the best gun laws! :)

  • Dude, i live in Australia and i totally agree with what your saying. I'm sick of all this hating on America, well said man.

  • I want that megadeth shirt! Don't listen to any English people rip on America they suck. Portland sounds far cooler than Tyrone I get wired looks at school for wearing pantera wristbands.

  • I had an arguement with an Englishman, he brought up Vietnam, Agent Orange, and told me we hadn't won any wars by ourselves, he told me he hated me because I was American, I told him to go pull the dildo out of his ass. I hate when people hate another people because of some event that happened 40 years ago.

  • MEGADETH!!!!

  • Well said but I wouldn't say that everyone hates Americans 90% of my country would have nothing against Americans

  • yea ive met or talked to lots of people that hate us. but they dont understand that thats a stereotype and not all americans are that way

  • Wwhen I lived in Seattle for 3 months most of the people were all douche bags to me just because I was Canadian... I went to New Jersey, Alabama and California because Ive got family in those places and most of those people were dicks just because I was canadian again.... But there are people like that everywhere, like you mentioned. I also met a lot of normal people.... its just certain Americans that ruin it for everyone

  • @LouTheMetalhead Problem is a lot of canadians are the same way towards americans. Even in a very tolerant city like vancouver. Some people are just louder than others. Also, seattle has a bit of a rich population. Some can be stuck up dicks

  • @RedDragonAirsoft

well I am mexican and i lived in the states for 4 years

and. yep i say that out of 100 americans i met 7 treated me like a normal person

now im not saying that the other 93 were racist but they treated me different.

But now that im back in mexico i see that most people hate america and they blame a bunch of shit on them and i actually try to make them understand that is not the americans fault its just that their government is more intelligent and badass than most others

  • Meanwhile people like me who can't join the military are fu*ked...

  • Who hates the military? Up here in canada we love and respect people that are in the army.

  • @ThaNickstaftw Sometimes the price you pay for freedom of speech is freedom to express stupidity

  • i think i'd love portand

  • Canadian here who conciders Americans as our brothers and sisters.

  • what do they have for colleges in portland??? do you know if there are any that require you to know a modern languge??? I love that I'm learning latin, but its a dead language so its unaccepted in many colleges

  • @OutdoorsAndSuch Most known college in Portland is PSU and OHSU which OHSU is for medical degrees. The other big colleges in oregon are OSU and U'fO. Mostly colleges here deal with engineering and technology. Still some of the best around.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft thanks, I am looking into technology for a career

  • oh texas, how i love thee!

  • Alabama = Live, act, be like this or else you're a "freak". I'm a freak and representin'.

  • @wolfwood221 OORAH! Man, Alabama is where I was born and raised, I still live here, but there are alot of social grooves you have to fit into, I don't fit any of them, I'm my own person.

  • dude seriusly do you wash that shirt? hahahaha

  • im gonna move to portland xD sounds like a good place for a metalhead like me hehe

oh and nice megadeth shirt bro :D

  • Portland took that Keep Portland Weird from Austin. But it's still an awesome concept. And when people get stereotypes, it's mostly from media broadcasting our issues, like obesity.

  • @Eightballlsss In austin it's a political statement. In portland it's taken literal.

  • I've lived around Detroit for my whole life, and heard stereotypes that it is a very dangerous place, well, that can be true in some areas and at night, but when you are downtown near all the buildings it is definitely safe, all the people are nice as well, it is very diverse in its culture. Like theres parts that are Greek, Italian, Polish, and whatnots.

And for military, support the troops, not the war.

For fat: well, in Michigan.... =|

Theres quite a bit but its balanced with the fit people

  • Jarek, you are the MAN. I've talked to people from countries like turkey and serbia and they're dead convinced of those american steryotypes, and it's like "no, you're just an ignorant moron who believes whatever the media tells you" i bet if they met some american people and opened up their closed minds they'd find america a lot better and a lot different.

  • Last election was more like which pile of shit i want to pick. The one in the bowl or the one on a plate. Either way they are both bad.

Basically, in my opinion. the republicans were just farting while the democrats were bending over saying 'Oooo let me smell it".

  • i fuckin hate that!! ive lived in texas my whole life and i have only met one person like that!

  • your gay all up in the butthole

  • dude my friend has a huge banner with that rust in peace cover

  • I live in a small town in Indiana and I am bound to get criticized. I go to school and wear my metal T's and all I hear is why do you listen to that you're mexican listen to rap. And I think it's the stupidest thing to think that I'm mexican so I have to listen to a certain kind of music and wear this certain brand. and also rap was i'm pretty sure originated in america, not mexico. Retards.

  • Same with Boulder!

  • i don't hate other countries so i don't know why they hate me.

  • I live in Kentucky and everywhere even in America people think omg your stupid hillbilly that sits in his chair drinks and watch nascar all day which really make me mad even though I do watch nascar and one more thing is OOO you make good chicken too dont you K.F.C.

  • @crossfireairsoftgame Does Kentucky even have KFCs? Because if you're in Kentucky it wouldn't make sense to have Kentucky fried chicken. And you should just ignore those people, or punch them in the face. Either is acceptable.

  • ]V[ E G A D E T ]-[

  • Idaho sounds like indiana. you cant wear a band tee shirt rock or metal with out hearing "your an emo fag" lol gotta love the idea that you HAVE to dress a certain way or your a freak

  • @BradVickers542 I get that so much in my town in Indiana, and even if I tell them why I'm wearing this shirt or why my hair is long and not short, I get criticized, again, and again because I don't listen to them. I don't care what they think... But it's still pretty annoying.

  • @MasterOfPuppets762 aaah sounds just like portage lol

  • I will only try and stereotype an American if they try and stereotype me, being English. But i will gladly respect an American if they respect me.

  • I don't hate all Americans, I hate the ones who ask me ridiculous questions. Such as:

"Do you guys have water or electricity in the Caribbean?"

Like, what the fuck? However, you do have a point RedDragonAirsoft, one cannot generalize all Americans, for I am sure that there's only a small percentage of idiots that live there.

  • @inneruniverse17 haha, those people are called the ignorant. Thankfully in Portland there's not too many of them with how many cultures are around here

  • @RedDragonAirsoft Awesome! Oregon is on my list of "Places to Visit when I have Money". :D

  • I live in some damn hick town so EVERYONE overcompensates for never being in the city so anyone who doesn't dress like a stereotypical gangster gets badmouthed to hell. I personally am called a greaseball because I dress and am different.

  • i won

  • very good video, I live in ohio in a military town in a region where there is a church everywhere you turn and being different here is a bit of a bad thing cause people judge you almost immediately before getting to know the person, personally, I want to live in japan or russia but I got to make due with what I have

  • What's your favorite food? I know it's off topic, sorry.

and do you have authentic Mexican food? Like where you walk in and everyone in there looks at you and thinks in their mind 'wtf an american!' and they've got the queso fresco and delicous tortillas.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan No one looks at you weird when you walk into a mexican place. They're all over. Just small family run places. Not rare at all.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft They look at us weird. Of course this IS the south we're talking about down here.....lol

  • @oppisiteofafredfan Yeah, people don't really look at you weird when you eat at cultural restaurants. At least, not in the Pacific Northwest.

  • @JazzPr0phet I will say this again: This is the SOUTH we're talking about here

  • music wise, the states = beginning of thrash. who can hate on thrash i mean come on :D

  • Yeah man, down here in Miami, we've got a lot of Racial Profiling. Last week, my father was thrown down on the street by police, because he is a black male, 6'4'', with dreadlocks. They didn't even say anything to him. After they found out that my father hadn't done anything, the police said, "We apologize", and they drove away. My father later found out that the police were looking for a black male, 5'9'', with dreadlocks. We also have that social "dress code" that you have described, immensely

  • I live in the suburbs of NY bout an hour north of NYC people think we all act like gangsters, but the truth is all I hear is little rich white kids going "YO N***A I'M A REAL GANSTA" and all that bs. They say I look dumb wearing my band t-shirts and their pants are around their freaking knees. Also we got dumb high gas prices and property taxes.

  • @shadowracer55 hah i use to live around there that area is annoying as fuck just bitchass white boys and spoiled girls, but alot of the girls are hot

  • im from Wisconsin so everyone thinks that cheese runs through my veins, yet i moved here from new jersey so everyone asks me if i always fist pump. it sucks ass

  • TEXAS!!!!! fuck bush tho. I love guns but i just like them i dnt like shootin things. U want texan pantara is texan!

  • I live in New Jersey. Everyone thinks we talk like that. Maybe less than 10% of us speak like that. And New Jersey Is a beautiful state, except for the small partsby Philadelphia and New York. That is normally all people see of Jersey.

  • I agree, I'm even Canadian and I've been to Toronto and Vancouver and your right they are different. Your also right on how everywhere else feels about America, and I know it's not true, I don't hate Americans, I hate haters.

  • I live in Scotland and people tend to think we always wear kilts. I've worn a kilt once stereotypes are bad.

  • @MrCadonos We also think that all scots are ginger *is english* but we know its not true.

  • Jarek why do you think people hate on Marines more than they hate on anything else in the military?

  • @Hacker9122 Its only because of the liberal media.

They attempt to make the war look like we're there just to kill civilians and steal oil.

Because according to the liberal media every civilian death is the Marines(or other branch's) fault, Few times it is.

  • @TheUSMCE5 Are you saying conservative media like Fox News or Rush Limbaugh is any better? All they do is hate gays, liberals, and everything Obama does. I fact, when Bush was in office the war was a "necessary evil" but now Obama's the president it's a horrible thing and it needs to end now. The only difference between America and Europe (besides stereotyping) is that a good deal of Americans think having a car that uses gallons per mile instead of miles per gallon is a good idea.

  • @JazzPr0phet Did I say that? No.

    Stop being stupid.

  • @JazzPr0phet Americans want a better fuel source. First off, no one has money for gas. Secondly, Almost any thing else is better in every way. The fuel companies continue to buy out other power sources. On top of that the few electric cars are extremely expensive. Only the rich can save money.

  • I guess what we see of the states are ideats and ideats leading it so that asumption spreads to all.

But i can tend to generalise dam yanks but that but does not mean all yanks are ideats, i know quite a few amaricans and some of them are alright...apart from there acsent and the way the say certain words...

  • @willsham45 haha, so apparently americans are bad because they pronounce words differently? I had a hard time reading your comment with all your spelling errors by the way.

  • @willsham45 Oh yea. That's something I forgot. Every part of america has its own accent.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft Mmmm accents. It's fun having skype conversations with people and playing the "Guess where I'm from from my accent" game.

  • @RedDragonAirsoft

Ok I must admit I was tired when I typed that.

Not all Americans are not bad…Not all are good either it is the same everywhere, but America from the outside America does get a lot of bad press as being the big war provoking war nuts but that is just cause the leaders you had in the past and present are ideates.

And as for ascents I can do ascents…it’s just the little things the way most yanks way aluminium makes me shiver don’t know why but that is just how it is.

  • I would pick Mcain just cause it sounds like John McClane and McClane kicks ass! :D

  • If people traveled to every single country in the world everyone would see the good in people and thous taking away wars and stuff.

  • im from the uk,all people seem to think that i drink tea,but i drink coffee, nice t shirt by the way, classic album i just got the megadeth live rust in peace concert dvd /cd
