@The01GirlyGirl Use Urban Decay primer potion before an eyeliner, first of all. It's fantastic for oily lids. Beyond that, I really recommend Tarte's gel liner. It dries SO fast.

@iwishyouhadalife There's nothing wrong with being pale, I'm super pale right now.. Haha. But tanning in a bed (responsibly) doesn't turn you orange, contrary to popular belief. Spray tanning however, will more than likely turn you orange. And there are some benefits you get from tanning such as even skin-tone, etc, and there are precautions you can take before tanning to ensure your safety=].
