Kinsella's a real gent and can play pretty much any style wtih taste and technique in equal measure. Epping's probably equally good although I haven't seen him playing in a session.
Coneely has the uncanny knack of being able to play bouzouki like Alec Finn and fiddle like Frankie Gavin (not identical, obviously)! All excellent musicians.
Ceolchoirm is the Irish for "Concert" and the name is Mick Kinsella, not McKinsella. Mick is the harmonica player on the left, Rick Epping on Jews harp & harmonica in the middle, with Mick Conneely on Bouzouki. The performances were at the festival in Feakle, East Clare.

I love seeing people listening to this music. They forget all and just listen to what they hear.
