This doesn't change the fact that Xena killed her parents. This is bizarro world's timeline, it doesn't effect the one we know. The purpose of this was to put Callisto in Xena's position, and to highlight how she has no innocence left, she has totally forsaken any thread to her past life and innocence. That moment was all she had left to hold onto and now that is gone for her. Before this moment she was aimless, now she seeks oblivion.

I think calisto was was the one who originally killed her parents in the first place. In her young mind she just attributed it to Xena because of xena's army sacking her village. Plus the site of seeing her parents killed fucked up her mind that she could not recall the tall blonde and Xena being 2 different people.

The most absolutely perfect angel of angels Callisto tried to save her parents from being killed by the evil ruler Xena and ended up changeing history by accidently killing her parents herself. Orignally Xena herself killed both of her parents right in front of the young Callisto. I will allways be on Callisto's side any time or place because she had everything takeing from her and desevers to be treated nicely.
