Think of it this way, A bike with bigger wheels can go much faster than a bike with smaller wheels, correct? A greater wheel diameter, under the right wheel well, such as a Mercedes SLR McLaren, would make much better use of the Horse Power. :) Smaller wheels in the front for greater control if I'm not mistaken? I haven't researched that in a while...
