I respect Christian libertarians like Paul and napolitano because although they believe in God, they accknolledge our right to worship or not worship as we please. They also do not think the bible should be considered when dealing with issues like marriage and privacy.

Napolitano is great, but he gives the exact speech every time he talks. I just saw him give the EXACT speech a few days ago. At least it's the right message though.

The only part I disagree with is the "god" statement. A pluralistic America cannot bully with a religious dominance - if they do, then they are not living in freedom - they may be close, but no cigar

thus, you will always be defending self against the subjective morality that others set for themselves

"subjective" is opinion, try as you like, you can't negate opinion, only fact (objective)

I could watch this speech again and again...and I have. Judge Nap is truly a brilliant, heroic Patriot. I nearly get choked up thinking what a rarity he is in post-9/11 America.

This man *must* be appointed to the Supreme Court by President Paul. The Court *needs* a Justice Napolitano.
