You are confused between that is referred to as MEDITATION and CHI. They are two different things. Meditation is real; it's sort of self hypnosis but CHI according to far eastern teachings is a "life force" or "energy" which they claim they can manipulate. you've answered alot of my questions about the development of my chi thank you and i have a question also... If you were to feel a strong emotion while distributing chi(such as anger)(i never use mine in anger toward people) would it cause you to loose focus and deplete your chi temporarily or until you regain insight again or would it not have an effect?
