Mutual agreement is the answer. Other countries have them so it isn't specific to Australia. It's a good thing if people make right choices. What is bad is countries that mistreat it's citizens. That's unfair. If you want to study in Australia you can. You just have to pay for it. Like everyone else.

why should Kiwis get more of a fair go than other people from other countries? that seems unfair, they should stop the easy visa policy for Kiwis because it is totally unfair on people in other countries who want to come to Australia by plane for studying or jobs.

I was temporary resident in australia. I cant find a job over there. i was stayed in queensland for 3 months then come back to New Zealand. I thought why not to study the course accounting and match the skill occuptions qualification then apply visa Skilled Occupations. I am New Zealand Citizen. I knew that australia cant help me waiting until 2 years if i want to become Australia Citizen. Please reply me soon thank:-) Everything pay my own study and to living in australia.
