  • ping pong bing bong >_<

  • holland:D

  • it's not nice judo from Dennis, he goes on his knees. understandeble, fear i guess. little devil wins from the tall guy. muneta...whay to go!

  • to all the judokas

has anyone seen the judo that Jigoro Kano created? him or his students on old footage.

how do you feel about the fact that world champs of judo are doing it allmost opposite?

using all that energy and strengt.

I'm not saying its against the rules to win that way.

  • dudes nobody of you know anything about judo im 2 of my countrey whit the heavyweights(the netherlands) its the only tournement I lost taht year. the rest i won encluding dutch open osnatel cup and erfurter messe cup.. check results 2009

  • Heavyweight judo is very very different from all the lower and mid categories.

A mid-weight judoka can sometimes give them a really hard time because of their speed advantage

  • but one thing is for sure, Muneta is a very polite judoka

  • lol how the fuck could he beat van der geest? hes like 1 foot taller

  • You fail at understanding Judo.

Size Means nothing, If you have good technique you can easily beat bigger people.

Look at Toshihiko Koga... at the all Japan open weight in the early 90's... He took silver. beating many +100 kilo players. And he was just 71 kilos and less than 170 cm tall.

  • yes but he also got a very good technique and he is a world champion, well muneta is also v good

  • True, they are both good players, But it cant be attributed to the fact that Dennis is a foot taller. lol

  • well, netherlands is the country with taller men. xD

  • Lol

  • he was lucky after all,Van Der Geest was going to throw him and failed and tried to get in ground, but muneta took his arm and inmovilized him :S

  • ... Thats not luck, thats skill.

  • size is not matter in judo i'm like 1,5 foot smaller then my partner and i win from him

  • Of course size is matter in judo, that's why there are categories,if you beat your partner is because you got much more technique, but if he had the same technique he would clearly beat you.

And anyway if you know a lot of judo being normal sized is hard to think that you can beat someone like Angus Macaskill(2,36m/7'9" 440lbs/195kg) and he had no idea of judo

  • Meer actie!! Alsnog goede wedstrijd.

  • GO Dennis!! je blijft de Judo held van NL!!

  • Excellent refereeing it's good to see ole Rashwan on the mat again.
