haha why are there 10 gazillion videos of 2 mins each, can't they sum up the 10-15 min lessons into a single video, instead of 2 min videos where you have to listen to him saying "Hi I m randy peterson" so many times.....very tiring.

Me either. Don't Storm bowling balls have something inside of them that urethane plastic balls don't have? Isn't that called Cheating?? Kinda like i heard some baseball players used to do something to a baseball to make it curve & they later got caught, but it's legal in bowling for the heavier bowling balls to have a special core inside? ....I don't get it. :( I bowl with an 8 lb. ball and love it, simply because it doesn't wear me out quickly like a heavier ball would.

@001GenLee depending on your age and weight i don't think you should be bowling with a 8 pound ball. for instance im 170 pounds and i throw a 16 pound ball. so what i would say is throw a ball 1/10 your body weight, so if you weigh 140 pounds use a 14 pound ball. also if a ball thats weight fits yours and your still getting tired your not using body torque or the use of gravity like part 3 mentions =D

@talib4life1 yep i believe it =D a 10% weight is just a basic scale to go by. when i was 15 i weighed about 120 and i threw 16 since i threw a 14 to hard. id just use the 10% for beginners they can adjust up if needed or adjust down.

@jamierocks42 yeah i like heavier balls because if u mess up n miss the force of the weight will help you knock down more pins
