Everybody ignores the fact that the law does not allow the police to stop anyone on the basis of being suspected of being an illegal. Cops can only stop someone if they have reasonable suspicion that a crime has or is being committed , only then can they ask for proof of legality. They can not stop someone on the street based solely on the fact that they suspect they are illegal
