Beyonce is a great vocalist as well. But let me say this as clear as I can, she can not touch Kelly. For someone to say that Beyonce isn't a great vocalist is either hatin or completely delusional. Beyonce is overall a better and complete Artist. But if you just want flat out sanging, then Kelly takes the cake (no pun intended).

What you find in Kelly is what is found in most great gospel singers... Powerful and soulful vocal with great range.

Tweet was the jewel of the song. The soul is just pouring out of her naturally. Keke though she can sing is trying WAY too hard. Kelly can sang but as of late she has left me disappointed. When she first came out she was hard but she, I believe isn't up to par with Beyonce in the fact Beyonce pushes to try to expand herself musically and vocally. Tweet doesn't need to change because there is personality in her singing, but keke don't and Kelly did but it's gone.

To be clear each is a great singer in their own right. Kelly's voice is not stronger than Beyonce's. I've heard her drowned out too many times to say it's stronger volume wise. Kelly Price's new album is soo boring and predictable. Beyonce does do repetitive stuff but 4 the most she changes it up.
