yeah. sometimes you will see vilargers standing by rocks looking at them,you have to hit the rock and they will pop out and then take your net out and you will catch them. other times just hit rocks and one will probley come out,they are year round bugs i think.

In order to get a net, you have to go to your Nook's Cranny (or whatever type of Nook's you have), and buy a net from there. Then you start bug catching! :o)
