I'm surprised they didn't go into the Ion or the Parallax looks -- they would have been within the time frame. I'm curious to see what they would have thought of the more elaborate armored look of Hal Jordan's Parallax outfit, or Kyle's more classic Ion outfit. They also showed a brief shot of the Sinestro Corps uniform, I would have been curious to see what their take was on that variation of design and color scheme from the GLC outfit.

This is actually a really excellent video! Alan brings a lot of knowledge about the superheroes and the various costumes, and contextualizes it. Tim definitely understands the superhero iconography and I found myself nodding in agreement with his various comments. You should make more videos with this duo!

Kyle's new costume is probably my favorite of all the Green Lantern uniforms so I'm glad Tim digs it. Please keep doing these, they're too awesome.

I wasn't really exposed to John Stewart's modern costume until the Justice League Animated Series, but I never liked the fact that he hardly has any GREEN in it. If the green bit extended down further onto his chest or even his stomach, I think it'd be better.
