The first time around Manny agreed to unlimited urine tests, 3 scheduled blood tests, and volunteered for unlimited hair tests that are as accurate as blood tests but detect for a much much longer period but Floyd refused. This second time around Pac agreed to the same but even closer to the fight date. In addition, Pac was given an unannounced random blood test years ago and passed. It's obvious, you are biased.
