Of course theres a reason, so he would be more versatile. Preferably a non-charging attack that covers some forward ground. All he has is a projectile and an anti-air attack, very limited.

Well I don't know if he has it in SF4 or not, but in ST, b+lk launches him forward allowing him to cover ground and still maintain his charge.

I think both franchises have their strengths and weaknesses. I'm a person who greatly enjoys both. They have their differences and should be enjoyed as separate experiences within the same genre. No need to go on about who's better and who would kick who's ass.

However, I am excited about both, but the 2D animation in KoFXII looks beautiful, and I personally would take that over 3D any day.
