Also bring ya automatic maxima to etown on the 19th and run me and see if you can get a better time.

This would have been a diff vid had I performed the exact same way against a stock legacy. I'm on my third clutch and the car is only 3 years old, so in this race I was not going to launch nor was I going to get off the line and just drive down the side to the pit. Nor did I think I was on film, so I did a crap pass and parked it. lol guys get over it already.

A 2010 Evo X will do the 1/4 mile in 13.2 all day, every day. HERE, it cruises in @ 14.95. If the Evo was driven at its potential it would have at the very least TIED the modified legacy. Do some research before you call someone out.

@DoleUSMC Well, you're forgetting something with the stats you're providing, the car could be driven to its max potential every time but the time could be different depending on the drag strip due to altitude. Now, I don't know if the 13.2 you stated was here, but it'll be different everywhere. You'll also be effected by track conditions like weather, temperature, humidity. So it's not really "all day, every day". I don't wanna start an argument, I just wanna clarify for others who read that.

@Aaendewy8D Sleepers anr cars you don't expect to be as fast as they really are. Like the Legacy in this video, it appears to be a four door family sedan with a scooped hood but it is actually a dressed down Wrx. Its just not as flashy looking as say, an '05 Sti sedan. The Sti has the really big wing and a large hood scoop which says fast, agressive car. While the Legacy has no wing and a smaller hood scoop that says semi sporty car and not very agressive.

@johnsonbarry when i was running last year i was making 540whp i did do the coilovers and a few moee upgrades but 632whp was too much for the stock 5 speed which broke 2 days before the showdown but the cars almost back together with a 6 speed so when ever you wanna run again you let me know but this time im not lifting in 3rd lol
@lgtking35r- I'm the Evo driver and I'm glad you chimed in on this vid, what kinda power are you putting down? Your whip moves but you should stiffen up with some nice coilovers to stop it from raising up so much. Nice pass by the way. Did you run this past 23rd? @nd4spd325 I just got a Legacy 2.5 GT in april this year (with 17 Miles now almost 12,000). So far no real complaints. I think the length of the gears between 3rd and 4th could be made better, with 4 being a little shorter, and there doesn't seem to be much differerence between 5th and 6th. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the car. I get a lot of compliments on it too which is always nice. Pretty quick. Faster than Maxima and Altima 3.5 V6's, and Faster than it's Acccord and Camry competitors
That evo really pulled to factory specs at 14.9. The legacy was clearly had some sort of big turbo. His reaction time was slower than my grandmother off a red light. Both awesome cars none the less.

1. Subie has a HUGE upgraded turbo
2. It was 100 degrees outside and this was the bracket semifinals so I had already raced 5 times and beaten everyone to get to this point so I didn't want to go all out and break my car. So I didn't launch and I let off when I saw the beast shoot out after me I CAN SHIFT AND DRIVE CLICK MY NAME TO SEE MY 12.8 RUN ALONG WITH MORE 4PROOF:)
yeah... I can understand why you didn't want to launch. I have yet to launch my evo x gsr because it just costs too much to replace the clutch for a moments sh*ts and giggles. Do you happen to know the name of the driver in that LGT? That car looks really familiar, if it is the kid I know from north jersey. He had an upgraded turbo and a whole mess of mods to get it to that speed. If it's the same kid... it's also an automatic so there's literally no skill involved in a drag race.

Im a huge evo fan but the X is not one of those cars in the vo generations that i would like. it has more engine but gained alot of weight at the same time.

Wanted to go 6262 set up but may have to settle for just cams and a stock frame snail for our second encounter or my second butt rape session as these youtubers like to call it lol with my new clutch I'll at least be able to give a respectable all out run this time. A 2010 Evo X will do the 1/4 mile in 13.2 all day, every day. HERE, it cruises in @ 14.95. If the Evo was driven at its potential it would have at the very least TIED the modified legacy. Do some research before you call someone out.
Also, I would like to add I own a 2010 Evo X GSR.

@DoleUSMC Well, you're forgetting something with the stats you're providing, the car could be driven to its max potential every time but the time could be different depending on the drag strip due to altitude. Now, I don't know if the 13.2 you stated was here, but it'll be different everywhere. You'll also be effected by track conditions like weather, temperature, humidity. So it's not really "all day, every day". I don't wanna start an argument, I just wanna clarify for others who read that.

@Aaendewy8D Sleepers anr cars you don't expect to be as fast as they really are. Like the Legacy in this video, it appears to be a four door family sedan with a scooped hood but it is actually a dressed down Wrx. Its just not as flashy looking as say, an '05 Sti sedan. The Sti has the really big wing and a large hood scoop which says fast, agressive car. While the Legacy has no wing and a smaller hood scoop that says semi sporty car and not very agressive.

@SubaruAnimeOtaku Thanks yeah, I own the 05 Legacy and was wondering I own a sleeper car? what is a sleeper car lol but thank you for the responds, I used to own an RSK Legacy which produce 280Bhp, and I tear down bits and piece to reduce the weight and manage to beat some STI's with just 3"ich straight exhaust pipe pod filter and bov done.. so yeah Legacy are actually pretty quick, it's just too heavy.

@johnsonbarry when i was running last year i was making 540whp i did do the coilovers and a few moee upgrades but 632whp was too much for the stock 5 speed which broke 2 days before the showdown but the cars almost back together with a 6 speed so when ever you wanna run again you let me know but this time im not lifting in 3rd lol

Your whip moves but you should stiffen up with some nice coilovers to stop it from raising up so much. Nice pass by the way. Did you run this past 23rd? I was there, my best time to date is 12.7 with 338 awp just bolt ons & a tune I may go 6262 or red soon we should set up a run when I do it ;)

@nd4spd325 I just got a Legacy 2.5 GT in april this year (with 17 Miles now almost 12,000). So far no real complaints. I think the length of the gears between 3rd and 4th could be made better, with 4 being a little shorter, and there doesn't seem to be much differerence between 5th and 6th. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the car. I get a lot of compliments on it too which is always nice. Pretty quick. Faster than Maxima and Altima 3.5 V6's, and Faster than it's Acccord and Camry competitors

@ Johnson Barry yes the car was trailered the but not buy a jeep but cmon there was good reason for towing it it does have a stock 5 speed in it the car is daily driven when in ct only trailered cause we didn't know if the trans would hold together but it did and were coming out with more power on the same tranny!! Don't believe it? When u see the car ask him he will let u shift the gears to prove 700 on stock 5 speed? Maybe we will see this year!!

Ok I'm the driver of the Evo x and I lost. No excuse but there are factors as to why that you can't see from this 52 sec vid.
1. Subie has a HUGE upgraded turbo
2. It was 100 degrees outside and this was the bracket semifinals so I had already raced 5 times and beaten everyone to get to this point so I didn't want to go all out and break my car. So I didn't launch and I let off when I saw the beast shoot out after me I CAN SHIFT AND DRIVE CLICK MY NAME TO SEE MY 12.8 RUN ALONG WITH MORE 4PROOF:)

yeah... I can understand why you didn't want to launch. I have yet to launch my evo x gsr because it just costs too much to replace the clutch for a moments sh*ts and giggles. Do you happen to know the name of the driver in that LGT? That car looks really familiar, if it is the kid I know from north jersey. He had an upgraded turbo and a whole mess of mods to get it to that speed. If it's the same kid... it's also an automatic so there's literally no skill involved in a drag race.

thereafter truly doesnt matter, but as with all drags are, the first 60' is most crucial.
