Wikipedia says it was orchestrated by Glazunov no less, (Chopiniana, Op 46) premiered in 1892 and conducted by Rimsky-Korsakov! A grand moment in time.

Phenomenal! Thank you so much for posting this unbelievable performance of Fokine's ballet on Chopin's famous melodies. My mother who was a professional musician (violin) and ballet dancer used to put me to sleep with Chopin's Mazurkas and "Les Sylphides". Thank you for bringing these memories back to me,

Beautiful! Asylmuratova and zaklinsky dance so well together and really get the style of this ballet. and the Mariinsky corps is amazing as usual.
