Rhydon = first Pokemon Ken Sugimori ever drew. He said so in an interview. Arceus is always said to only have created just the Sinnoh region, by the way. Not the entire Pokemon world. Making Rhydon the first Pokemon ever created, it would mean he was the first in the Pokemon world.
