A pool ball is waaaaayyyy too heavy and it could be dangerous if it rolled into his face and beak. Plus heavy, slippery weight of pool ball it's not as enjoyable for him. You can easily replace the heavy pool ball with a light weight ball meant for kittens. Some are very lightweight plastic with holes in them and he could learn to pick it up and do other tricks with it. The pool ball is completely inappropriate for such a tiny little bird.

My GCC does that all the time with his cat toy ball. They get so aggressive it's funny. I think I have a video of him playing with it so check out my videos if not I'll make one he is so funny!

Yeah my bird also goes nuts with a toy cat ball like that. He flares his tail out and attacks!

nah, he's just rolling the ball in front of him, not pushing him at all. We love Pepper and would never want to hurt him.
