  • Gaylord better be careful

  • I don't see why he's going so high on the front raises (the last exercise). It shouldn't go up beyond shoulder level as that puts your back/trap muscles into play and takes away the isolation.

  • @sanju2 Thats what i thought?....and ive seen guys in my gym raising it to head level!...Is the correct way to shoulder level??

  • @TheMrkevo10 If you want to hit your shoulders only and very intensely, then shoulder level should be the maximum height.

  • no thats wrong the hands should not overtake your elbows and shoulders...sick!

  • please dont kill me man! xD thanks for the video

  • Awesome! Rob De Niro RULES!!!

  • tHe camera guy needs to back up a little bit so the entire motion can be seen..

  • How much do you lift in this video because i lift just 7.5KG for doing hammer curls and i am just wondering if i should reduce the weight before i start doing these?

BTW, i only do 7.5KG because i am 14 but yeah, i am into working out and what not ;)

  • @WiiillyxD no offence you shouldn't even be working out your too young

  • @legendsbuilt Yeah i know that because i am still growing and what not but i dont work out so excessively...

  • i highly recomend those exercises too!!

  • "I'll cut yur bawlls off" "You hear me??"
