hey guys any help please because my BFBC 2 is not working well and the reason is because the guy im controling wont look down he only looks up :( any suggestions????????
@Ryd3r22 lol u dont make vids do u? recording at 30fps completely ruins any chances of doing slow motion. my pc handles 60fps recording fine, and yes i know what dxtory is. you got to stop commenting like u know it all man, everyone has diff opinions and does things differently
@JamieEHILLS RAM you wont see much improvement in games but rendering and editing you would with 1600. Not a ton though. Also a extra 4GB RAM would help with rendering!
@JamieEHILLS V-Sync actually caps your FPS at your repfresh rate which in your case is 60. If you had it set to 75hz(if your monitor supports it) you would be capped at 75. Anything over 60 you wont notice much difference at all. Unless your playing a game that uses the quake engine like quake or COD4(other cods too but they suck lol) Those games 125 or 250 FPS makes a big difference due to the game engine!
@JamieEHILLS The reason you get lagg while recording was due to windows running the game and writing the footage on the same HD. Though RAID helps a dedicated HD for recording is awesome too!
someone plz help so i wnna play some game on my laptop like fallout new vegas nothing new but i dont no about computers lol so can i play it on my laptop smoothly with okey grahpics
Getting your gaming rig. GTX 560 Ti scores really good overall and in combination with a 2500k ist perfect. Ima leave it at 3.3 ghz till i get a better cpu cooler then ima OC it to 4.6 I think. Maybe get a SSD in it
If you have your fans so that they keep cool air coming in and hot air going out, your case will be cool, you can do that with 2 fans. Usually your case comes with the best setup, I keep my fans at a stock 3. In the front, out the back and top. My temps (2500k) are 30c Idle and 55C Load, and GPU is 55/75 (6950).
Yeah I have the same laptop, its not bad, the main problem I have with it is it can get pretty hot and a cooler is pretty much a necessity if I want to do any gaming
If you wanted to save some money you should have gotten a stock gtx 560ti with an aftermarket cooler, then OC yourself. I've oc'd my asus vx7 gtx 460 to 842mhz core clock (from 675), and I can play bfbc2 on high with a decent 40-50 fps without recording though :(
get a new cooler like cooler master have like v8s and v10 which are fuckin awesome... if i sell my 8k $ laptop i will get a water colled double GTX 590s and an i7 (im thinking of a 4 core cuz i cant find a good 6 core in the web sites but if i go to some store i may find it...) and the problem is that im either thinking of water cooled or with a v10 or a v8... and i do think of overclocking... xD
@JamieEHILLS try using playclaw i recorded 1hr of gaming and only got 2.5gb out of it. plus its awesome for gaming aplications like xfire and shit like that
@TheUltrasexyboy yeah i see it when i record, but it doesnt show in the recording. I dont want an annoying fps showing in the corner of my recordings anyway. ruins the quality. I can tell you now, its 57-60 fps
@TheUltrasexyboy wayyyy too overkill, get 1, then if you need to, get a second one. 1 single gtx560 ti, especially a twin frozrII OC edition like mine, will be enough
@GuitariFiiling In this video its at stock 880mhz.i now have it overclocked at 1ghz, through msi afterburner. It overclocked very easily, no problems at all runs very cool
Dude, I suggest employing the fact that you got a 64bit OS running in near future. 4Gb is the limit with a 32bit, but for this setup its pulling the overall performance down try adding another 4Gb.
Also try and get a good Sound Blaster for sound. I cannot describe to you what a great bump it gives in gaming. I still game on my old rig because the sound is so smooth and increases the immersion.
Hi, Sorry if this question has been asked before, but could you give me your thoughts on your 27" Benq monitor?
Thinking of buying it since it has a reasonable price and has gotten ok reviews. How is it? I am mostly gonna use it for Gaming and just basic stuff like surfing the web, watch movies since the size will be ok to watch videos on.
Would you buy it again if it got broken and you had the cash? hehe
@skampiss i think its a great monitor, ive never had any problems with it at all. The reason i bought it was because it had component cable input, which i needed for when i used my hauppauge HD pvr.
The clarity is amazing, everything from games to movies look great, and the size is decent, especially if you are sitting at a desk, it seems huge.
If it broke today, id probably go for a 24" LED monitor instead
I have a Samsung 22" syncmaster now that I bought for like 3-4 yeras ago. I guess the Benq would be a decent upgrade.
Why would you go down in size and buy a 24" led? Just wondering? The thing I am thinking of is the black levels and the responce time. Is it satisfactory?
Hi again Jamie. I was wondering if the current specs of your pc will be able to run BF3 on max setting? Because Im planning on getting a gaming pc, but cant afford the GTX 590...do you think your gtx 560 is good enough for BF3 or maybe go for a gtx 570? And RAM etc? Thanks (basically, will you be upgrading any of your components for BF3?)
@spazcrunch i have no doubt whatsoever, that my current pc setup will run bf3 maxed out. Im running bfbc2 now maxed out WHILE recording 60fps 1080p at the same time no problem at all. In this video my cpu and gpu hadnt even been overclocked at all.
@FlUdDeStRoYeR94 6970 is equivalent to a 570, so faster than a 560, and they scale really well in Crossfire. Though either of those set ups are probably overkill for most modern games at 1080p!
hi ,,yeh dude liking this stuff very helpful keep the content rolling always looking out for your vids, ya are one of the better youtubers out there someone who shows some other games rather than call of duty dam that game saturates youtube ,but thats not to say i dont like or play it lol ok thanks GAMERTAG BOMMER78
@SprintingJesus At the moment ive got my cpu at 4.4ghz, dont think my cooler with like me pushing it higher. Havent had any problems with the ram at this speed, so its been all good :)
@mattjus10 yes and i advise the regular 560 as opposed to the ti version as it is at least $50 cheaper and the gains are insignificant from the reg 560 (you can get an enhanced version of the 560). Here is a benchmark, passmark benchmark. The 570 is powerful, but that bit extra power than the 560 will most likely be unseen unless your doing dome major overclocking and for the over $100 price diff from the 560, I would say go for the 560.
i dont get it i have amd phenom quad core 3.4ghz and ati xfx 5850 1gb 775mhz stock and when i record with fraps bad company 2 i have 35-40 fps mabye less how do you have 55-60 dude? i have fraps settings like you and i have AA And HBAO off ...
@TheUltrasexyboy Hey man, im not sure what it is you dont get.. the i5 2500k and the gtx 560 ti Twin Frozr II are more powerful than the phenom II x4 3.4ghz and the ati 5850, thats why im getting better performance here
@vmn1451 Provide benchmark or statistical evidence to back up your statement dude. Because everything I've read and seen proves otherwise. The i5 2500k will outperform any current amd x4 or x6
Im getting a gaming pc and ill be sitting fairly close to it. Do you think it would be better using my 19inch monitor or 32inch tv? (monitor can only do 144x900)
@lewis12360 im pretty sure your monitor can do better resolution, its probably set on 1440x900 max on the drivers, also monitor is much better for FPS gaming.
@lewis12360 hmmm, id probably use the monitor if i was you, would have more clarity and a lower response time than a tv screen. Its really subjective though, both would look good
@cabteenigaming Very true man! the idea that gaming pc's are super expensive is old, these days the hardware has progressed faster than the software can keep up. I know for certain this pc will be lasting me quite a while.
@JamieEHILLS nice. so you can actually record directly over your gameplay footage with sony vegas. cheers man. hopefully adobe premiere has a similar function.
@whiteout130 The case is fine man, i havent tried the fans on low/med speed, on high, its a pretty noticable "hum". I play with a gaming headset though so i never really hear it. I have no idea what the rosewill challenger is sorry
@JamieEHILLS Ight, thanks man. I'm building my first PC so that's why I'm curious. I have a very quiet room down stairs so any fan noise will be more than audible.
@JamieEHILLS Hey Jamie whats the difference between full HD tv and PC monitor?I am thinking to move over to PC but using hdtv since i can get bigger screen for less money.
@johnrambo100ify I used to use a Hdtv and it lacked clarity and had an annoying motion blur due to the higher response time.I guess it comes down to personal preference and how much money you want to spend. Either way the games are going to look great
@legendary0o Hey man, you can get a decent PC to just play games for around $700 AU, if you want one powerful enough to completely max games out while recording at the same time like i do, your looking at around $950AU. Mine was $967
@JamieEHILLS Thx for the info , how much did the CPU and the GTX 560 Ti cost ?? -- sorry for asking to much , im just thinking about updating my PC and since im in Egypt PC stuff here are really expensive -- and again Thx :)
@legendary0o CPU was $219, and the GPU was $269. A standard gtx 560 ti is about $20 cheaper, but i opted for the twin frozr II Oc edition, which runs ultra cool and is ready for some beast overclocking. At the moment ive got the core speed at 1ghz. Its beastin!
@kungfufreak360 it came with thermal paste, i just used that. So was $33 for cpu with included paste. currently got my cpu at 4.4ghz completely stable.
Please reply! Im new to your channel and its awsome! do you recommend this monitor. I will be playing my xbox through component sitting about half a meter away
Btw im an aussie and have a new gaming channel can you check it out
let's get serious now.i am thinking of building a pc for bf3(plain bc2 on laptop now)can you make a video tutorial on how to build the same machine u have..how to conect everything, etc.thnx
Question for you, the sound settings when recording with fraps? I notice the game sounds come out pretty high regardless of the level in game, whats the best way to level out the ingame sounds to the voice input with skype/vent/ts/ any other voip?
@ImyurZero Bottom right hand corner of the screen, click the sound/speaker/volume control mixer, and lower the battlefield bad company 2 audio through windows

@fwesh1 Thanks for the advice!

TheUltrasexyboy 9 months ago
@TheUltrasexyboy Hey man, im not sure what it is you dont get.. the i5 2500k and the gtx 560 ti Twin Frozr II are more powerful than the phenom II x4 3.4ghz and the ati 5850, thats why im getting better performance here
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
but amd is better for gaming
vmn1451 9 months ago
@vmn1451 Provide benchmark or statistical evidence to back up your statement dude. Because everything I've read and seen proves otherwise. The i5 2500k will outperform any current amd x4 or x6

Im getting a gaming pc and ill be sitting fairly close to it. Do you think it would be better using my 19inch monitor or 32inch tv? (monitor can only do 144x900)
lewis12360 9 months ago
@lewis12360 im pretty sure your monitor can do better resolution, its probably set on 1440x900 max on the drivers, also monitor is much better for FPS gaming.
pumpkinsoul12 9 months ago
@lewis12360 hmmm, id probably use the monitor if i was you, would have more clarity and a lower response time than a tv screen. Its really subjective though, both would look good
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago

loloolololololol 9 months ago

with alot of features ;)

holy hell that pc is truly cheap. only 724.945401 Euros! And I wanted over a 1000€ PC! =D
cabteenigaming 9 months ago
@cabteenigaming Very true man! the idea that gaming pc's are super expensive is old, these days the hardware has progressed faster than the software can keep up. I know for certain this pc will be lasting me quite a while.
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
That's freakin' badass! I'm looking into some major upgrades myself, aspiring to make some Battlefield 3 commentaries when its out.
I presume you use FRAPS to record footage?
Also, what program do you use to record the commentary itself?
DasFunkwagen 9 months ago
@DasFunkwagen Sweet man :) yep i use Fraps to record footage. i use sony vegas pro 9c to record commentaries
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
@JamieEHILLS nice. so you can actually record directly over your gameplay footage with sony vegas. cheers man. hopefully adobe premiere has a similar function.
DasFunkwagen 9 months ago
@DasFunkwagen yep thats correct. Adobe premiere can do it too

How do you like the Case? Is it quiet when its only med/low speeds? Would the Rosewill Challenger be a equal adversary?
whiteout130 9 months ago
@whiteout130 The case is fine man, i havent tried the fans on low/med speed, on high, its a pretty noticable "hum". I play with a gaming headset though so i never really hear it. I have no idea what the rosewill challenger is sorry
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
@JamieEHILLS Ight, thanks man. I'm building my first PC so that's why I'm curious. I have a very quiet room down stairs so any fan noise will be more than audible.
whiteout130 9 months ago
@JamieEHILLS Hey Jamie whats the difference between full HD tv and PC monitor?I am thinking to move over to PC but using hdtv since i can get bigger screen for less money.
johnrambo100ify 9 months ago
@johnrambo100ify you can also get a HD LED Monitor on pc if you'd like :P
xDJaycee 9 months ago
@johnrambo100ify I used to use a Hdtv and it lacked clarity and had an annoying motion blur due to the higher response time.I guess it comes down to personal preference and how much money you want to spend. Either way the games are going to look great
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
hey , i wanna ask you how much will it cost for a great PC gaming rig ?? , like how much did you pay for yours ??
legendary0o 9 months ago
@legendary0o Hey man, you can get a decent PC to just play games for around $700 AU, if you want one powerful enough to completely max games out while recording at the same time like i do, your looking at around $950AU. Mine was $967
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
@JamieEHILLS Thx for the info , how much did the CPU and the GTX 560 Ti cost ?? -- sorry for asking to much , im just thinking about updating my PC and since im in Egypt PC stuff here are really expensive -- and again Thx :)
legendary0o 9 months ago
@legendary0o CPU was $219, and the GPU was $269. A standard gtx 560 ti is about $20 cheaper, but i opted for the twin frozr II Oc edition, which runs ultra cool and is ready for some beast overclocking. At the moment ive got the core speed at 1ghz. Its beastin!
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
@ps3noob501 not sure man
JamieEHILLS 9 months ago
About your CM CPU fan you use for your Core i5 2500k, did you have to purchase thermal paste with that?
kungfufreak360 9 months ago
@kungfufreak360 it came with thermal paste, i just used that. So was $33 for cpu with included paste. currently got my cpu at 4.4ghz completely stable.

Question for you, the sound settings when recording with fraps? I notice the game sounds come out pretty high regardless of the level in game, whats the best way to level out the ingame sounds to the voice input with skype/vent/ts/ any other voip?
Thanks!
