  • once you get better at kipping you'll love it :D

  • Why are you kicking with both feet when doing the pullups? I always bend my knees, and no kicking or swinging. By bending my knees I also get a better balance when doing the pullups.

  • I am doing "kipping pullups", not dead hang pullups. They are excellent for conditioning! I believe you will get some tutorials here on youtube if you search for: kipping pullups

  • Looks like you're not resting the bar on the fronts of your shoulders well, could be a flexibility issue. If you sort it out you'll reduce your time, not that it "matters" as I think crossfit is only good as a one off test, not as an actual plan.

    Good work though.
