@l3lackedout It was meant to be, from the original story, Gil basically couldn't summon the swords from his Gates to attack faster than Shirou was countering using those from within the Unlimited Blade Works, it was a massive sword storm. In the end, Gil tries to pull out Ea to win, but seeing this, rather than use a sword from UBW, Shirou attacks immediately by projecting Kanshou and Bakuya straight into his hands, surprising Gil and beating him by a fraction of a second and loping his arm off.

@Z4turn EA cant beat Avalon, in the anime Saber reflected EA using Avalon.

However in the VN, Saber just ran through EA's attack as if it was nothing.

Also in VN, Gil did use EA against Shirou just once but they didnt show that in the anime.

@IRONiHonakoo Avalon is the ultimate defense. It blocks everything off, regardless of magnitude or power.

Ea may be able to tear through worlds, but that is precisely what Avalon defends against, in addition to everything else. Avalon is basically godmode given form.

I've seen you around proponing ridiculous abilities/statements about Enuma Elish/Ea. What's with that, dude?

Shirou uses just 2 fucking blade to defeat gilga, whos the director of this movie think he are to change the scenes?! I say more: the battles were to fucking FAST, even being good animated and shit, they dont pass 1/3 the emotion that the novel pass.
