The difference here is that in evolutionism scientists have found evidence of extincted species, which in many ways are similar to other species that lives today and made a theory out of it. This, my friend, is the foundation of evolutionism.

In creationism, people do the other way around. They come up with a theory and then modified evidence so it could fit the theory.

Fact 3: Evolution takes time. Each generation of humans and animals have new mutations in their genes. That's a fact. If we benefit from the mutations they will be passed on.

The suffix "ism" when added to a noun, refers to the ideology, philosophy and/or belief in the meaning of that particular word. Evolution refers to the purported (but not proven) progressive biological development of species of living beings from simple forms to more complex forms, through so-called "natural selection" and the "survival of the fittest."
