Hey Ladies, I was really hoping to see how you actually made the Po Pia skin???? Anyway I think the Young Bean you are referring to is also called Jicama in Malaysia. I knew it as 'Mengkuang' or 'Sengkuang' I think it's a regional name given to Jicama from South America which is easily bought now days in Oz.. Happy cooking! :)
