They're trying to bin JP in the minds of the viewers by showing how tiny a Tyrannosaur is in comparison. With all that shit, there was something so incredibly terrifiyng abotu the T Rex (or even the velociraptors) in Jurassic Park. It sparked a sense of utter dread when it first appeared. There was none of that with shitty Godzilla. Any fool can imagine up a creature 10,000 or a 1,000,000 better. But JP (Even though the novel was a lot better) was pure art. It was was really horrific.

Ya the special effects where also good but I liked the other aspects of the movie as well lol. The only other Godzilla movie that can stand up to this is the original from the 50's.....

@RSNitsua It's not supposed to be ralistic, it's an honored trademark of the character! And what is a Godzilla that looks NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL CHARACTER, and what do you call a Godzilla that looks like a StegoRannosaurus? IDK. They remade Clash of the Titans, the Kraken looked better than the original. I'M ALL FOR THAT! I'm all for updating the image of a classic character! The only thing I liked about this movie was the arrival, and the roar. The rest I hated.

And this Godzilla movie is probably the reason why I started liking Godzilla, and lol the Godzilla in this look 10 times better than the Cheesy guy in a rubber suit lol.

I love this trailer - the movie sucked! lol the original Godzilla was impervious to missiles and bullits and wouldn't have died in such a lame way. I did like the design of this Godzilla though. I hope the new remake will have godzilla as tough as he's meant to be and not such a wimp!

lol, the first time I saw this on tv as a kid it was my parents who were all "WOOOOT YEAH! GODZILLA!" and I was the one going "Huh?" "What the...?" Either way this teaser was my favorite. Sadly, I could not say the same for the movie :(

They're trying to bin JP in the minds of the viewers by showing how tiny a Tyrannosaur is in comparison. With all that shit, there was something so incredibly terrifiyng abotu the T Rex (or even the velociraptors) in Jurassic Park. It sparked a sense of utter dread when it first appeared. There was none of that with shitty Godzilla. Any fool can imagine up a creature 10,000 or a 1,000,000 better. But JP (Even though the novel was a lot better) was pure art. It was was really horrific.
