I love the music of mertz, and I am currently playing this piece. I really think you can get more from the notes musically. Your fingers do a very good job, but i want to see more of the musician you can be.
I can't hold my teardrop to your performance. There's an unbelievable shade and I really like your interpratation. what a beautiful rendition... Strange and difficult song but unique perfomance!!! EXCELLENT HANDE !!! WE ADORE YOU. YOU'RE AN OUR PRIDE
Dear Jim, This is not wonderful 20th century jazz music. This is chamber music from the 1850's. Judging from all the surviving 78's recorded by musicians born between 1829 and 1860... Nobody, and I mean NOBODY played with a feel that we regard as a steady pulse. So I don't want people to apply pressure on Hande to play a 19th century piece in a way, that nobody in the 19th century would have played.
Nice, but you should work with a metronome. your tempo varies quite often. Progressive metronome is a good thing, but fluctuating tempo is not. All in all a very good player. Jim G.
You would have to understand Progressive metronome or energy phrasing. Great musicians know how to make this work for them.
No one should ever play a piece of music like they are using a metronome, but do practice with one.
I play classical like a jazz musician - with understanding and feel. Probably why Segovia liked my playing so much. But you can't have the feel unless you have the understanding. Jim G.
Dear Jim,Why didn't you say this in the first place? I very respectfully disagree that, one should practice metronomically. This produces a mechanized non-gestural phrasing, which is UNEMOTIONAL.BUT,...if you mean to say that that one should play with a "general" sense of tempo flexibly,...then okay.PART 1
Helal olsun sana lise yillarimda gozlerinde parlikla elektro gitar calmak istiyorum ama ben diyen arkadasimi yillar sonra burda bir virtiyoz gitarist olarak gormek beni cok mutlu etti.
Benim canım arkadaşım bravo ellerine sağlık her fırsatta seni izledim dinledim böyle arkadaşlara az rastlanır hayatta başarılarının devamını dilerim hande cangökçe süpersin valla öğünç
Soru şu Evinden gitar hakkında atıp tutan ruhsuz çalıyo yanlış çalıyı bıdı bıdı hododo diyen yüzlerce gitarist var odasında gitar repertuarının zor eserlerini çalan onlarca gitarist var peki sahneye çıpı 40 dakika adam gibi klasik gitar resitali verebilen kaç tane gitarist var.Hanımefendiyi tebrik ediyorum çok gurur duydum :)

this is not chamber music

This performance has many good ideas. She has good
tendencies to approach sections differently.She
needs so more time to develop a more subtle rubato
in the phrases individually, and some maturity to
stop speeding through things to hide a lack of ideas.
But still I feel that she is on the right track here.

You can't be serious.A fluctuating tempo is the only
authentic, historically correct way to play music...
not to mention being moved. If you are trying to play
like a metronome, you need to get a refund from
your conservatory and enroll in Mathematical
Engineering curriculum.
