Yarp, Spring Valley is going back down to the 299,000 numbers. I bet alot of people are wishing they had sold instead of taking out a third, fourth or fifth mortage. Think of all those boomers in Cali and high end real estate across the country who've taken out unpaid mortages that are gonna come up due and owing so bad when they die.
