Simple solution for the idiot kids (of which MOST are not). With the video evidence the bus drivers should be able to suspend problem kids from riding the bus, meaning the punks will have to walk to and from school or get a ride from a parent. In a big old hurry the punks will learn to behave themselves. Drivers need to have more authority and not just be taxi drivers.
