The shirt is from New Zealand. On the tag it says: "Rakiura Art, Stewart Island" and "Made in New Zealand, handprinted". I had a look online and I don't think they have an online store unfortunately.

It's a New Zealand accent.

OK... sounds nothing like the few kiwis I know. Is saying 'relly' instead of really and 'Zelland' instead of Zealand widespread or recent. Presumably, at some point kiwis spoke English like British people and there's no reason for the differentiation process to stop now.
