theres a thing called Fences that organize your desktop. its free. go to stardock (.) com

I've tried it and it's a great program however, it's a little bugy for me because I have 2 monitors and I constantley disconnect my laptop from my 2nd monitor ,and when I do that it crashes my windows exploer
