But at least Chevy offers the Locking differential in ALL of the 1500s. Ford offers it ONLY on the FX4.

If your glove box Vin has the code "G80" Then you have a Eaton Mechanical Locking Differential in your 94 Z71

@xXShadowRejectsXx I think those are still the limited slip years. Our old '91 'technically' has one, but I'm not sure how well it still works after 20 years of manly hard work. :)

@Kcducttaper1 yea i think its factory, because the owners manual says Rear LSD (and desc) then Front LSD (in desc), not to mention ive seen alot of stock 94's with front LSD. so im assuming i have one in the front

@Fordman06777 that detroit picker locker is electric you have to stop to activate and deactivate. the g80 locker you don't have to do that. go chevy
