Not entirly, dvorku. Citizen Fish has got to be Dick's 'first' band, because the Subhumans split up somewhere in the eighties. CitFish was formed in '90 I guess; Subhumans were reformed in 1998 again.... so practically the Subhumans is Dick's second band.
