  • the 2004-2009 Nissan Quest was assembled in

    Canton, Mississippi, United States

  • we have had ours for four years and its been in the shop probably ten times starting the first week we bought it. Our mechanic told us nissans are turning into junk bcuz they have started using cheap chinese parts. The one thing i do love about it is the engine, its got great power

  • one week after we left the dealership our cd player went bad. Not long after the ac went out. now four years later we have had it in the shop probably ten times. Nissan is using cheap chinese parts for their cars, look it up

  • I can tell he doesn't like Nissan at all. His review on the Maxima isn't that great either.

  • I love Nissan and Mazda as well. Two unique companies that cater to the consumer. I'd rather not just blend into the pavement, honestly...

  • When will this asshole ever say something good about a car?? WHEN!?

  • Oh, no! You'll have to reach down to press the seat heater. You'll either use it the whole time, or not at all. Jeez.

  • nissan quest vs honda obssey the nissan quest will win THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREEE!

  • my honda odyseyy is better than any vehicle its bigger than Toyota and nissan

  • @abhi3609 Nissan quest is wayyyy better dude

  • @abhi3609 as if pricy and slow

  • it look ok to me

  • great minivan

  • the car get noisy obviously dude it has the same engine in a 350z

  • I have a 2008 silver S-trim Quest. It is very quiet from the inside when you idle at the intersection.

  • im looking for vans that have been tuned, like something out of the ordenary.

  • Wow that guy picks out the smallest lil detail.....i have a quest and we rented an oddesey and tiena the top minivans and the quest seemed to be the fastest one in 0-60. and has a top speed of 132Mph. at 6400rpms

  • Nope the Odyssey is the fastest production minivan in the world, W/ a top speed of 142 mph @ 6175 RPM.

  • where did u get ur info?

  • Honda of Chicago.

  • well the odyssey aint the fastest PRODUCTION minivan..some rio van is in japan its like 200hp with twin turbo....i mean i drove the odyssey and i think that the quest is faster because its got the VQ.

  • So because it's got the legendary VQ engine, its fast?

  • umm hes a car reviewer, its is job to point out the small inperfections

have you seen top gear?? those guys talk trash about Ferrari's and 911's...its there job to point out the small stuff for the customers

  • 25?!?! it looks like hes guna be 16 in 2 years lol

  • i don't get why he complains about the ride handling and quietness. We've had a quest like this one and it was quiet on the highway and it rides smooth, but this guy is picky.

  • its because he has sampled other vans...and is comparing them....its not picky...its just stating his opinion..

  • I was at Nissan because I took my Xterra in for service, and the courtesy drivers car to get home was this, top of the line, silver, like this one, and beige leather on the inside. It was an AMAZING vehicle to ride in, I was in the second row, tons of room. It rode exactly the same as the Odyssey and the Sienna was a little more soft riding, but if i were in the market for a minivan, i would seriously consider this.

Oh and 1 of its top points; ITS A NISSAN!

  • Does anyone know if the 2010 Quest redesign is still in the works? From what I read, it was put on hold. I hope if it's still in the works that they put the 3.7L in it. Then it would go up against the 4.0L Chrysler vans

  • Kelsey mays wtf? These are about as fucking stupid as Billy Mays shit

  • I've seen this guys videos, he is a fucking retard. He knows nothing about cars at all. He failed to mention the good things about the quest like it's all glass skyview roof in the back, power liftgate, parking assist sonar sensors, backup camera, secret storage in the back, and a whole bunch of other spiffy features. Kelsey mays is such a fucking piece of dirty shit. He needs to be fired and replaced by someone who actually knows a thing or two about cars.

  • My 08 got 29 miles per gallon on a highway trip, it usually gets 22-24 on normal driving. My neighbor gets 18 in the sienna. As for the power difference, I'm not sure on the weight or gearing, but they run identical to about 40 (yes, we drag raced minivans, I'm a tool) and the nissan pulls away pretty dramatically. Nice thing it also runs about 1700 rpm at 65 mph.

  • I saw a basic quest for 21,000 36 month 0 interest, is that pretty good or could i get it for cheaper price. And I've noticed that the middle mirrors don't open.

  • We got our 08 SE new at a close out for about 25.5K, about 7000 less than a sienna or oddysee. I can deal with the cargo issue, who cares about 6 cubic feet? Also consumer reports is full of it, the 3.5 engine in the quest is the base powerplant for many of nissan vehicles. As a matter of fact, the 3.5 is one of the most reliable engines over the past years. You just have to try the vans out and shop for your own needs. You can't just buy a car according to what some book says.

  • If you want an affordable minivan but at a great cost might as well get the Toyota Sienna!!

  • Sienna is not that affordable. The fuel savings with the nissan is nicer too, the epa rating is not that accurate.

  • The Nissan Quest must be the ugliest van I have ever seen and it is crap how the second row windows don't open

  • I was considering a Quest since I do have a 1995 Nissan Quest! But this Quest is wierd!!

I love the outside styling!! But I hate the inside. Especially the radio cd player below the audio controls and the info center on top of audio controls. There is no way to change the radio to aftermarket!! Plus the third row is only one piece not the usuall 60/40 Split seat!! I would go with the 2009 Toyota Sienna!!

  • I found out about the quest from looking at this video.I'm from ireland and the quest isn't produced in europe, nissan's european minivan is the serena and it is different to the quest

  • i know. i didn't understand that. I am so close to buying it but that widow issue is just too much for me.

  • I'll go w/ the sienna IMO great power+great MPG!!!!!

    dope sound system!!!

  • The Quest looks like a Honda Odyssey with Down's Syndrome.

  • lmao youre right it does! But people say they like the "swoop" in the belt line. But that's all they say good about it. I hope that's all that's left on the 2010 Quest.

  • it looks like an iron going to iron the road flat. glad it's US made for USDM only

  • I totally agree with Kelsey. I have a '05 Quest and I just took it on a trip to Atlanta from Tampa and I hated it. The brace that holds the intake pipe together came loose and it made me brake down at this intersection. I also wanted to get the dent taken out of my front bumper but they were gonna charge me $400 just for one dent. Took it to Carsmetics, only $200. I also needed my air filter changed. The dealer was gonna charge me $27 to replace it. So I did it myself. It was a hassle. I hate it

  • seriously, i am close to buying one because they have the basic model for 21,000 with 36 month no interest. what should I do?

  • If its minivan functionality ur looking for, but you want good fuel economy, go look at a Mazda 5. It's Mazda's lil secret and it's so popular that dealers have a hard time keeping them in stock!

  • the quest is not bad on gas, but the 5 is even better. it uses a 4 cylinder rather than a 6 cylinder.

from what i've heard the 4 cylinder can be a bit slow when packed with passengers and cargo but it shouldn't be that bad.

  • @betekvs,

The Quest has a 3.5 Liter V6 engine, not V4!!

  • @optimistsRUS i was talking about the Mazda 5, i know the Quest is a V6, the MAzda 5 is I-4

  • @optimistsRUS,

Now I get the context, "the 5" meant Mazda 5 :)

  • lol 25 more like 13

  • yeah nissan is slipping a bit unfortuantly

  • you know nissans havent been getting good relibility scores latly i love the outside the insides ok but i would get the odyssey if i had to get a minivan.

  • That was about as negative a review as they will ever give a car.

  • Yes I agree.

Nissan is a good company that isn't supposed to be expensive.

Some of the features aren't offered probably to save money for the buyers.

Overall, Nissan is still very dependable on.

  • wow ur 25?? damn and I though I was young looking(I bet when he goes to bars hes asked if he should even be in there) ha!

  • Kelsey Mays FTW

  • now that you reviewed to quest can you review the sienna
