sigh, I am starting to get irritated at mine (I still love her). I got her to eat from forceps but it was a fly up till now it has refused anything that isnt a store bought cricket. I want it to eat worms because they have like 60% protein but it refuses.
being that this vid is so old im sure you know by now, but having chunks of substrate as large as the one that got caught in his mouth is pretty unsafe. if he swallows it he can die.
Hay, how can you tell if you got a male frog? My frog does not make any types of noise. Even spraying it with water. Is that true you can tell my looking at the nose area?
my baby pacman went about 3 months without eating and then just started... give him things like worms rather than crickets as worms trigger their feeding resopnse in non feeder... i hope he did eat for you as i know that comment is kinda old
ive seen albinos for £25 but then again i have seen normals for that price & binos for about £50 which is too expensive for a frog imo, the prices are constantly getting more competitive & coming down inj scotland but england is waaayyy cheap

ihatepanda 4 years ago
well if you have only had him for two days, he may still be adjusting to the new environment
turtleboy5001 4 years ago
what if my frog does eat in like a week?
ihatepanda 4 years ago
pacmans can go months without food.
try different food items, strategies for feeding and if he is a healthy animal, he will eat.
turtleboy5001 4 years ago
@ihatepanda force feed

5/5 stars
Joe1507 4 years ago
they need a heating pad but not one to burn them, just to keep them warmer than room temp.
as a general rule, you shouldnt hold anyfrog

could a bull frog of the same size go with a pacman?
JACKDEMPSEYSRULE 4 years ago
no no no
it is a terrible idea.
you shouldnt mix species in the first place.
(there are so many reasons i cant explain them all)
and a bull frog has nothing like the same requirments.
bullfrogs also eat everything that moves,
pacmans even of the same size are food.
keep both frogs solitary.

cool, i must get some worms for mine to +gg+
