How To Remove the Facebook News Ticker

I know this may be a dumb question-but do your posts still appear on other people's tickers? My main goal was to remove /myself/ from it more than hiding everyone else. Thanks. <xD

@cman1112 Click on the Wrench tool, which is to the right of the address bar. It drops down a menu; go to "Tools." Click "Extensions." Disable or Uninstall. Facebook Ticker should be back.

Gee i shouldnt have to download a google chrome app to do this, why the hell isnt there a feature on facebook its self to turn it off. honestly mark keeps updating facebook he probably knows about the 50,000,000 complaints yet he does nothing but keep updating, the new facebook profile should be coming out soon. you know what i think about this? fuck facebook, its turning into such a mess, google plus all the way :)

@grannygear If you use Firefox or Opera, I have a vid on my channel that shows you how to do it. But the method in this way is SUPER fast if you already have Google Chrome.
