Saw this playing in a bus back in college. I got the tape after and watched it over and over. Gary Oldman is THE man right there. Love the part where he pops the pill in his mouth. How can you make such a simple act such as swallowing a pill so damn artful?

I just saw this movie today on DVD, expecting it to be a typical cheesy action film. Man, was I wrong, one of the best movies I've ever seen. Brilliant performances from Jean Reno, Natalie Portman and Gary Oldman (although Oldman seemed to be a bit over-the-top in some scenes).

Hey great video. I think I like this one best of all the other "Shape of my Heart" cuts of Leon the Proffessional. GJ arettiiii. It lacks the blood in the end. The black screen says it better imo.

There is an uncut version, also called the European version. Some scenes were removed because of the content. In Europe that content is considered acceptable because of the intended message of the scenes has a moral implication that is positive instead of what the scene seems to suggest. You can find a video on one of the deleted scenes. The intention was to explain Leon's past, and illustrates his sadness, and why he chose this trade as a life path. In the U.S. they say it as indecent.
