@nightkiller51 there must be said there is an extreme thin line between hard rock and metal, in those very early days everyone was called metal fan or hardrocker or whatever :p and much bands like scorpions for example play music that varies between traditional heavy metal and hard rock. i know scorpions has a wide range of fans, but the 2 sides call it heavy metal for metal fans and the more classic rock oriented audience will just call it a fantastic hard rock band :p anyone knows this
