Anyone noticed that he plays that muted note and some notes OVER it without stopping playing muted note? :0

@SgtZaqq Actually, for those seperate notes he stops playing the palm-muted note and plays it cleanly. It sounds like he keeps playing the note because it's a fairly fast and steady rhythm, when he actually isn't palm-muting for that moment.
