Is East Hastings referring to the Street in Vancouver? Its a fairly infamous really slummy street. A black mark on an otherwise beautiful city.

@godspeedyou1996 EAST refers to what side of the city it is, Hastings spans a fairly large part of Vancouver, but I do get the joke.
